I'm here from Maryland. NV is my home. I grew up here. Every 2 years I come back to visit with family. My cousin, Marie, loves this place and we eat here every time I come home. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is good and the service is excellent. Great place to dine.
Maria runs an amazing restaurant. Her rice is so fluffy and not overflowed. It is my fav Mexican rice in town. Since she redid the restaurant after she bought it, it is now bright colored and vibrant! She and her staff always remember our names AND drinks and fav foods! Before we even order! If you like spicy, try the Camerones la Diablo. If you love a good hearty soup, the abondigas is my favorite...the meatballs just melt when you eat them. My youngest likes the pork carnitas,...
Great place off the highway. Had a margarita and a Corona, also had the carnitas dinner. Unfortunately the place closes at 8pm, or I would have had more. My motto is support local, I try when I travel. I definitely plan a return visit when I'm in the area again.
