This place is extremely overpriced and the food isn't very good. The ceviche tasted like I was eating tuna fish from a can. All mushy and tasteless. This has to be the worst ceviche I've ever had in my life! Nothing else I ordered was good either. The waitress had no personality whatsoever. I'll never go back there again.

Place looks nice and Iām assuming the owner is the one that has a cyber truck parked outside , which is shocking because the food is utter garbage, tasteless and the beans on my plate were cold, and how you expect a Mexican restaurant to be serving white rice, crazy. Service wasnāt great either. Was waiting over an hour for my food, and the server never checked up on our table, only got to ask for a refill when she finally brought our food. Meat is dry, overcooked, overall ridiculous for the price these people charge. Get ready to leave hungry!

For a run down little spot, it sure was expensive. Instead of Spanish rice like most places, it was just a scoop of cold white rice. The beans tasted like a can of walmart brand pinto beans that had a pepper added to it. But the water was good.

The food was so plain, all four dishes had no flavor at all. On top of that the AC wasnāt working which made it feel so hot inside, also the micheladas are horrible, first and last time coming. And the sodas were room temperature, didnāt even offer a cup of ice.

In my opinion the food is really good, as the service. If you want to taste seafood with really mexican flavor in Reno, please come Las Islitas, I definitely recommend you.

I loved the shrimp and empanadas. I couldnāt get enough.
Service was good, restaurant was clean, but the food was not the good.
I ordered carne asada with bacon covered shrimp, shrimp way over cooked bacon tasted like it was going bad and my carne asada was also way overcooked and did not taste fresh.
My husband ordered sete mares seafood soup maybe two small piece of octopus, and scallops, the shrimp where like masa and the crab was way over cooked as well.
Will not be going back
Servers took almost 3 hours for the food to come out and it was not busy at all it was also way less food than we thought and way expensive for the amount they give you and how long they take to make your food thereās also a women who had a resting mean face and just had a horrible attitude overall all I would not go here again worst place to eat
