I live very close so this is my go to McDonald’s. Unfortunately not anymore. Every time I go I’ve never not had an issue with my food. I’m currently looking at a hot and spicy mcchicken on a Big Mac bun while my girlfriend wipes sauce from the top and bottom buns of her McDouble which was served as a double cheeseburger :) get your shit together please

I DoorDash from here frequently and lately.This has been ridiculous.They are not communicating with people at the front counter or in the dining room. All you really need to do is acknowledge that we're here. Tell us how many minutes we're going to be waiting for a order. It's as simple as that.

Why a 1 star? Because I asked for a refill on my soda. And was denied. First time in my entire life ai was denied a refill at a McDonalds.

Tried getting a refill on tea and they wouldn't do it .
Worst McDonalds ever. 1st they could see I had placed an order inside at the kiosk. Then sent me home with cheeseburgers with no burgers. When we called she gave me attitude and got mad I called to complain. Absolutely do not go to this one. Worst service ever. All you do is serve burgers and you got that wrong!!!!

We were here because there was a huge storm the day before and the highway was closed so we couldn’t head back to CA. I had food poisoning the 2 days before and landed in the ER. My mom somehow got food poisoning last night so we were all severely dehydrated and I was starving because I hadn’t eaten in days. This one worker named Debbie was super kind, she gave us iced and hot water and was super accommodating. She was really cheerful and sweet to us. It honestly made everything so much better. i ordered in the drive thru and the lady at the window to take a payment was so rude. she looked at me like i was an alien, didn’t say anything at all and shut the window in my face promptly. by the way, your lashes are falling out. health code violation much??

This McDonald's shares a wall with a gas station. They seemed a little overwhelmed during my visit, as there were multiple people asking about their orders - including mine. They met the franchise standard with the food.

The is the third, and last, time I’ll purchase food from this McDonald’s. The last two times I went through the drive thru, orders were wrong both times. So, I thought, hey, how can they mess up an order in the dining room? Right? Right? Wrong. I ordered two two pack burrito meals, and one bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo. Got my bag, saw three hash browns, had three drinks, four small burritos, and didn’t dig for the biscuit (my bad), and drove home. Gave my daughter her food, hubby his food, and my bis—wait a minute. No biscuit??? Honestly, I wasn’t surprised. I mean, we did this to ourselves, having given them two chances prior to have the intelligence of a raccoon. So, I drove back, walked in and told the young girl, who was clearly the incompetent culprit, that I was missing the biscuit. She turns and walk to the food window, smiling, mind you, glances at her also incompetent female coworker, still smiling, lifts my biscuit between her fingers and tries to hand it to me, saying, with a low voice, still smiling!, “I’m sorry about that.” So, I instruct her to put it in my bag and turn to leave. As I’m walking out, a man starts shouting, “No, no, no, no! Stop her. Tell her to come back!” So, I’m pushing the door open. I turn around, and incompetent #1 is staring at incompetent #2 wearing the looks of girls who are clueless. So, I simply shout, “You guys suck. I’ll never come back here,” and leave. Moral of the story? Three strikes and you’re out, and they actually do suck.
