They make great food, and their sushi is top notch. Selection (especially sushi) is somewhat limited, and the price is a little high. That being said, the area as a whole is super expensive, so that's probably most of it.
In my career I have been to Asia multiple times a year, and Japanese food is often the most challenging to recreated here in the USA, particularly in US cities without a strong Japanese community or district. However Miyabi is one of the best outside of LA, Seattle or San Francisco right here in Reno. Dine here and try their fried Oyster appetizers. Delightfully perfect and light, with a great cream dipping sauce.
I was doing some work in the area and was staying at the Hyatt near by and I had been wanting to try this place all week and finally on my last day, I was able to get to it before it closed.
