Watched the staff handle an awkward situation today just before Mount Rose had their walk to school event. As I was having breakfast, a little girl, her even smaller brother and their grandfather received their order, a plain sandwich cheese roll of some kind. The gentleman was primarily non English speaking and granddaughter acted as interpreter. Forgive me if I am assuming too much. I love the breakfast blt, but the restaurant is dirty (check the light fixtures above the counter and bagel area). I have tried several times to get blueberry muffins for my mom and each time she cuts it open there are approx 2-3 blueberries in the whole muffin! Not cool. I love the blt bagel but I don’t think it’s enough to make me want to keep going anymore. I’ve been going there for 10+ years, quality slowly going downhill.
Excellent bagels too as well as gourmet sandwiches‼️
