The owner is very rude ! The staff are not friendly or approachable always in a hurry and impatience! Had a cake ordered for my nephew and omg the unprofessionalism is so bad the letters were written by a kindergartner and we did not get our money worth the sadness part is that all they had to say was come get ur money back not offering any other solution like our party is in 2 hrs!!! Definitely do not do not get cakes here!!! ??

I have been going every year to get cakes from this place and today on my son birthday I don’t understand what they did with the cake or if the cake person was in a hurry but the letters look like they were done by a toddler. I called and complain and they stated I can take the cake back and get my refund but what cake am I suppose to use today for the event! This is so upsetting that they pull this on my son birthday. I will not be going here again

My family and I have been coming to this panadería since I can remember and although I've moved further away, I always make it a point to stop here when I'm visiting my parents. The tortas are my favorite!

Very bad service, the bread is hard and old, of very poor quality and the owners are very rude. They told me that the owner is Luis Segura. They don't deserve any stars, but I had to give a star to be able to publish.

I've been going to Panadería Azteca frequently for the last decade, and I have never had a bad experience. The bread is always fresh and tasty. The service is friendly. The store is well stocked throughout the day, so you don't have to worry about missing out on conchas if you sleep in accidentally. I also enjoy the tortas made behind the counter a lot.

The bread here is hard. I came in at noon. No reason for it to be so hard at this hour, compared to other panaderias. This place has great reviews but they are from at least a year ago. The most recent one is how it really is- someone stopped caring.

It gets really busy and it's hard to find a parking space... so be ready to spend 35 minutes trying just to get out of the parking lot

For those of you familiar with Perrin bakery you'll realize there is a lot of French influence there. PANEDERIA AZTECA is a step up: bakery goods - Mexican variety of choices - AUTHENTICIA!! In house with savory pulled pork sandwiches also.

Been coming here for 17 years. There is no other bakery like it. I've had most of their bread (my favorite is their pink bread). I've even had a tres leches wedding cake done there. I've had their tortas. Love them. The staff are very friendly. Absolutely recommend!

We have been going here for years. They have authentic food and pastries. You won't find a better location than this one. They have amazing tortas! Fresh ingredients

My boyfriend ordered a tres leches cake for my bday. This cake was not wet at all. Very dry. Didn't seem like tres leches at all. Not bad looking or tasting, just wasnt even close to being the texture or flavor of Tres leches. Very disappointed.

the bread was hard and the cakes were NOTHING compared to what i had ordered a few months back.... i'm not sure if the changed the cake decorated but the cake this time was HORRIBLE
