Good food, good price, and did not wait long. It was... good.

It is usually pretty busy here because of its location and the food is as always amazing fresh and ready to order. I do miss the sweet fire chicken though.

They took my order told me it would be 5 mins for Beijing beef then said they would do it all at once then when it was done they proceeded to skip me serving many people that were behind me the same exact order until they had almost served the whole batch before I had to tell them again they skipped me the lady acted snobby towards me when I said you guys skipped me she said oh well they are making it when it was already done had been done they then served 3 more people until they finally gave me my order and the Kung pow chicken was pretty much peppers and peanuts and zucchini hardly any chicken the beef was cold by the time I got it the noodles were too worst panda I've ever been too absolutely no care for thier customers super disappointing

Worst place ever. They were so rude so snooty, barely had anything and what did they have they didn’t even serve us enough. I asked if they could put more Orange chicken in my bowl since we were literally the last costumers gave me just one more piece. Then the rest that they had left she literally threw it away in the trash instead of giving me the rest. And just rolled her eyes at me. Said “oh well” like it’s not like I was asking it for free. I wish I would have taken a picture of my bowl it had so little. And it was so pricey. Worst customer service.

Ate here several times while staying at the Circus Circus because the prices were similar to those at home in VA and it was convenient.

Portions were good and my husband tried Panda for the first time here and didn’t complain and ended up eating it with me a lot while we were there. Best food option in the food court at the hotel.

On July 10, 2025, we arrived at this location for lunch. The service was friendly, but the food was bland. My family and I thought something was wrong and decided to return. On July 13, 2025, the food was absolutely disgusting. After one bite of orange chicken, my family and I felt sick to our stomachs. I immediately went to the manager and showed him the terrible food they were serving. He refunded me half of the money I spent and said they would talk to the staff and managers. That's why it's not going to happen. That's why I'm writing to ask the owner to take action and start cooking quality food like a real Panda Express. I don't like to write negative things, but I know it's the only way the owner will find ok

Nothing more americaner than getting some delicious boxes of Chinese food at Panda Express!
The unit located inside Circus Circus, by the food court, has the best service of all the Panda Express units I tried in multiple states.
Customer service here is top quality, specially for lunch time, when there are not a queue of people waiting for their food!
I highly recommend going to this restaurant out of peak hours.
Kudos to the super friendly and singing day-shift staff! 😸💕

The service was poor. Teenagers are more focused on talking than service.

We ordered some orange chicken and Chow Mein noodles. There was very little Chow Mein noodles but the very friendly server said that they were making more, so we waited. Our bill came out to $39.95 and I proceeded to give the cashier $40 but he did not return the change. It's not so much the amount, but that he kept the change and didn't offer an explanation why.

We ate our meal, and I noticed that the orange chicken was not necessarily fresh and the fresh Chow Mein noodles we should have had looked like the leftover small pieces that were in the original bowl when we ordered. The noodles were less than an inch long and small in quantity. For $10+, I would have expected that small square 6x6 container to be filled to the brim, but there is plenty of air space. Very disappointing in the staff honesty and quantity/quality provided.
