I spilled my water all over the table. The staff went out of their way to make me not feel so embarrassed or guilty. I made them work harder than they were, and yet they assured me it was not a problem and what they are there to help with. I was truly grateful for their compassion.

Stopped in at this location yesterday. Found the food to be very good, however, the menu is very confusing and the person taking our order was horrible. The music is too loud. Likely will pass on another visit. There are other businesses in town offering similar food.

Pain in the butt to get to unless you're a student at UNR.Why the only Panera is on the campus is beyond me, it seems like it would be good fit in either mid-town or down south Reno. Maybe they'll build one there soon.I had a toasted sandwich, which was pretty good, & chicken noodle soup, which wasn't great, (broth tasted fishy).Service was friendly dispite having to order from the app as it said, that was the only way to get food.
