Below average food and poor customer service. They could stand being retrained about friendliness and courtesy. Delivery drivers are also important to a restaurant businesses success. The gentleman with the goatee needs to freshen up his customer service skills. I have no appreciation for him and will take all my personal business elsewhere. I now understand why there are only two locations in the greater Reno area. Will not miss Papa John’s if they close the remaining two. Will not recommend Papa John’s to anybody and will tell others about my experience

Amazing pizza and customer service! I placed an order with Ron over the phone and he was so helpful! In fact they were able to make and deliver 15 pizzas in a little over an hour! Delivery was fast and the pizza was still hot! New management is doing a great job! Thank you Papa John’s!
Had this place beforehand no problem. But will not be returning after today! I know there isn't any laws put in place for food service workers to wear gloves, but do they really need their dirty hands making pizza after touching money, register, counters, etc. Also, ordered online and had to wait over an hour for one freaking pizza that wasn't even worth it. SHAME. would not recommend at all! ?

This store helped us out so much! We are the PTO from a local elementary school and found ourselves short on pizza during a fundraiser. Papa John’s saved us by making 10 XL pizzas in 30 minutes. Thank you so much!! We will definitely be sending our business your way again!
