The gentleman take care of it removed it handled me quickly and efficiently and made sure I like the food and that my service was satisfactory prior to even let me leave his office or his location Good job you guys.

Below average food and poor customer service. They could stand being retrained about friendliness and courtesy. Delivery drivers are also important to a restaurant businesses success. The gentleman with the goatee needs to freshen up his customer service skills. I have no appreciation for him and will take all my personal business elsewhere. I now understand why there are only two locations in the greater Reno area. Will not miss Papa John’s if they close the remaining two. Will not recommend Papa John’s to anybody and will tell others about my experience

Amazing pizza and customer service! I placed an order with Ron over the phone and he was so helpful! In fact they were able to make and deliver 15 pizzas in a little over an hour! Delivery was fast and the pizza was still hot! New management is doing a great job! Thank you Papa John’s!
