The food, bakery and service here is top notch, but I have to give it a 3 based on recent experience. Even on a weekday, it gets very busy and you have to wait for a table to be available to eat. Yesterday, I counted 4 tables (some that could seat 4 people) being taken up by people sitting there with open laptops and no food or drinks being consumed. There should be rules to prioritize the people who want to enjoy their breakfast & lunch.

And the turnover of tables get backed up because they need to be cleaned for the next customer. I also noticed that the floor is littered with food and napkins because the staff cannot keep up with the turnover.

I am happy for the restaurant owners for the great business they are generating. But I will now have second thoughts about going there, especially in the winter time when seating is limited.

Went to Perenn Bakery in Reno with my cousins for lunch. It was rush-hour and pretty busy, but it was absolutely worth the wait! The food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was still welcoming despite the crowd. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!

The cashier overcharged me, and they came to the table to clarify coffee order. My friend was not the one who placed order so she was confused. I went to the counter to discuss my order and that server / host with boy haircut was so rude. She kept saying “ back off aisle “ when I was trying to say something. It was so loud there. Not get refund or being apologized, and I was stupid to tip 20%
Teach your stuff to provide service first because food won’t matter especially with prices you paid there

Such a lovely bakery! Everything was fresh, soft, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back.

Had some pastries from here and they were PHENOMENAL. I come from Europe I know a good pastry when I taste one! Ten out of ten would recommend!!

The menu states traditional breakfast eggs any style. I asked for their soft served eggs and apparently they can’t do it unless it’s in a croissant? If you can make them and it says it can be any style why is that an issue? To make the customer feel like they are incompetent because your menu says one thing and you decide to stop allowing it makes no sense. If you make them don’t make a big deal about it being ordered. If you have a point system why would you not let someone get their points?? This place went from being extremely busy to being slower and never the same employee do you see twice.. very disappointing.

The waits are long at times but the pastries are very tasty. I’m a big fan of the croissant muffins but they seem inconsistent. Sometimes they’re the best things I’ve ever had, but then other times I can’t finish one. Based on the price, I would expect a little more consistency.

They have some really unique and delicious dishes here, including a croissant cinnamon roll thing and some other delicious pastries. Just be ready to pay big bucks. The line is long and you need to get there before all the pastry gets bought up.

The best kale salad I've had. And the cream brulee dessert is well worth the calories.

I’ve been wanting to try the spot but it seems all the other locations have really bad parking. Luckily I pulled up on this one by accident and glad I did! I came in on a Sunday about 9a expecting it to be packed, but I must’ve got there at the right time because there was no line I was able to get in and out! I tried the cinnamon roll croissant and it was very good, not too sweet! Next time I will try the crème brûlée pastry!

The best bakery I have found. I return here every time I’m in Reno. Prosciutto Gruyère Croissant, Mocchi, Banana Bread, Cinnamon Roll, Crème Brûlée baked creation, all good!

Meh is the best way to describe this place. It's nothing special but their cooks aren't very good. I ordered medium eggs and got eggs that were barely classified as easy. The toast… oh man the toast. It's pretty ok bread but they don't toast it they toss it over an open gas flame and the bread tastes like the damn gas it's gross. Bacon was a little undercooked for my liking but it was what most would call average not rubbery but definitely not crispy. The potato thing I forgot the name of the French layered potatoes off the top of my head was ok all 6 sides were not cooked evenly which left some soft that should've been a crunch. The booze was good but it's wine hard to screw up but $15 for a glass when the bottle retails for $14 is pretty excessive markup. The whole menu is extremely overpriced but since I was using my Amex free $50 every 6 months offer it only cost me like $1.50. I do not recommend this place for a meal. Perhaps the baked goods are better maybe I'll try them another time but the food was not up to my expectations based on the cost.
