This place is really convenient located in the food court at Circus Circus. Never a bad experience and then pizzas are good. It's easy to pay at their kiosks or at cashier. Just be aware the sign is misleading as they do not accept Caesars Rewards. I think other places in the court might but they should remove this sign.

I wanted this to be great. I placed an order for delivery for 4:40. It left their store at 4:31 to go 5 miles. I received it 33 minutes later! Called the store and they said once it leaves the store it’s not their problem any more. Our pizza was ice cold! Garlic bread was a sandwich roll with shredded cheddar on it. Big let down

Pretty cool spot as you can watch them build your pizza, you can add anything you want, but some of the staff were rude.
The guy building my pizza had a bad attitude as if he was completely done for the day. The tables were dirty with sauce stains and trash was on the floor.
The pizza was pretty good especially if you add extra cheese but be prepared to spend some extra cash if you stop in.

Pizza was barely on par with a Dominos or Pizza Hut. Definitely not the worst pizza I’ve had but it was pretty rough. Cheese was separated from the crust and the sauce wasn’t the greatest. Could be because it was delivered so maybe I’ll give them another shot as other people seem to like them.
Solid option for a quick bite. The pizza is really good - only tried the veggie options. The negative is that the tables were not clean.

My husband and I were in Reno on our way home in Oregon from Vegas with our adult daughters. We thought this place looked great, and wanted to know if they deliver to the hotel we were staying at. When we called to find out, a really rude young woman answered the phone and just said hello? Then was talking and laughing with someone in background. When I asked if this was Piezetta, she laughed and talked more to someone and said hello? Again. I said the same thing and then she started laughing and said yeah, it is the pizza place. We then said never mind thanks anyway. Horrible customer service. Took our business elsewhere.
