We had a late night craving but the pizza spot by us was closed. Pizza hut was opened until midnight. The Big New Yorker and buffalo wings hit the spot and was ready in 15 mins. The best part is that we saved about 30% ordering a pepperoni and 6 wings at Pizza Hut over our other pizza spot. I ordered extra cheese and if we got extra cheese I would definitely recommend extra cheese because that was my only complaint.

We normally eat from Pizza Hut at least once a month with the pizza being exquisite. This time it was just totally bland. It was made poorly. I normally eat 3-4 slices but this time I ate one slice. Not sure if it was due to new staff or different management but I wasn't impressed, especially when I spend $30 . Hopefully next time it'll be better, if not I guess I'll find a new pizza place.

The gal on the weekend is awesome. I went on a weeknight and they shorted me on an extra that I requested in person. Hire more people . I refuse to order through an overseas call center!

Ordered delivery and paid 11 bucks with tip to have 16.99 worth of pasta and breadsticks delivered. I asked for a fork to be included (please). Door dash soon contacted me that they would be delivering my order as did Pizza Huts service told me the same. They both gave conflicting times and door dash wanted me to call his cellphone because the address was deemed hard to find. It was very confusing but the food ended up being delivered over 15 minutes early, where Pizza Hut kept telling me it would be 15 minutes later. When I got the food I asked if there was a fork in the box, he let out a sigh and said “the guy told me he did, but I don’t know” the safety tape was broken, the past wasn’t covered up like it normally is and there was no fork. The food appeared to be untouched, but who knows. I hate when companies use door dash and don’t tell you. I won’t order delivery form PH again.

Went there this morning 11am 4/8/24, asked the cashier/pizza maker/possibly GM I think I saw an ad on TV for a special, then I asked what the specials are, She wouldn't tell me! She said tell me what special you saw and I'll tell you if we have it. So I said 12.99 large and she said yes. Is this normal procedure for pizza hut?? If it is I'll go to the many, many other pizza spots near me.I've been in the restaurant industry for 26 years, never believe a situation like this.

I order wings for delivery because I obviously couldn’t go for carry out I was craving the wings so much and received these horrible no sauce burnt wings. I called the store and spoke to “manger” Michael who seemed extremely bothered about my unsatisfaction toward my wings that he mentioned that he made himself ! Knowing I had no way to get there only option he gave me was to take them back and get them replaced. I not only that he was trying to speak over me Everytime I was trying to explain. I have worked customer service and have been a manager myself and let me just say he’s customer service is very unprofessional. Worse experience I’ve had with Pizza Hut !
Excellent service, all around. I didn't rate the atmosphere as it's a pick-up-your-pizza place and leave. No Atmosphere rating...Please ensure you get the Original Pan pizza; it's better than hand-tossed or thin crust, in my opinion.
