I wish there were more seating options inside. The food was excellent and very tasty. Two issues the tables were dirty and the macaroni salad had potatoes in it? On the plus side it was a very healthy portion.

McDonald’s has better customer service than this establishment. Tonight, the server in the front with a monotone voice gave no customer service whatsoever. The dining area has no welcoming vibe or smiling faces. I even left a tip. Never again. This place should shut down. I will never return. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Came in just for mac salad, wish they sold it in a larger size because right now you have to order multiple little cups of it. It was actually pretty good, there were chunks of potato which I thought was odd, but it wasn't too many. Got a shrimp bowl which was good if a little pricey. Staff were friendly, the place just opened but it always seems pretty busy. I'll be back.

Food is always great but the service could be better. Been here before and was greeted with warm smiles and Aloha. Today, different people behind the counter and showed no care at all. The girl making our poke bowls just slopped it in like she's making prison food. The guy at the cashier was no better. Almost lost my appetite with the poor attitude and customer service. We loved it here before, the atmosphere and the food was great. Not going here anymore, there's a couple more island places in the area that serve the same food but with Aloha!

Got the loco moco rice plate and a mix grill plate (with chicken katsu curry and kalbi). Both plates were super fresh and yummy. Definitely were great satisfying comfort food. When we went on Friday 6pm, the restaurant was totally empty. I assume they do a lot more take-out business than eat-in for the evenings.Parking was a little crowded but no problem at all. BTW, the place is super clean.

First time here and everything was amazing!!We both ordered the Chicken Katsu and no doubt the BEST we have ever had!! Not just in Northern Nevada but Phoenix, AZ as well!!Really good clean food, cooked to perfection with love you could tell! The service was awesome and welcoming, being our first time there, they were patient and very friendly and answered our questions about the menu. The really nice gentleman there even brought us some of their teriyaki sauce to try and that was really good as well. I like how they greet everyone that walks in and wishes everyone a good day when they leave. We are looking forward to going back and trying more things on the menu! Next time we're going to try the Short Ribs Tacos.Thank you Loco Ono, you guys ROCK!!

I love Loco Ono! Nice spot in midtown with great food. I always get the teriyaki chicken plate which never lets me down. Very good portions. The service is always nice and the area is always clean. The only recommendation I would make is to get extra sauce which is a small fee, but definitely worth it.

My wife and I visited this location by searching Teriyaki near me. I was hungry for a steaming bowl of rice and protein, they didn't disappoint us. My wife ordered poké bowl and I had a combination teri beef and short ribs. Both meals were amazing, pricing on spot, and awesome serving size.To top it off, Ace the gentleman that took our order and made the recommendation of food really went beyond great customer service. Thank you Ace!We will visit again before we leave town.Parking: Large area to parkWheelchair accessibility: First floor easy access.

I ordered a loco moco which is the safest option because it’s not hard to make. The issue I have is I spent almost $20 on a loco moco and the hamburger patty wasn’t prepared it was just a regular patty from the freezer. If you pay close to that much and you can’t prepare a patty that’s ridiculous. As far as the atmosphere, the service is subpar, and the people that work there are just not friendly and are not inviting.

I thought I'd written a review for Loco Ono before, but apparently not! The last visit was quite a while ago, and I loved the food, but this visit with my friend was even better. Very casual, but super clean place. We came here after "rejected" by a snobby Italian restaurant for not having a reservation for lunch, so the heartiness, both for the place and the meal, was just perfect. Turned out that was exactly what we needed.I had a chicken katsu lunch, and it was one of the best I've had in a long time. Crispy outside, but tender inside. The meal was plentiful, and I took some home for lunch next day! The rice is fresh and fluffy, and the macaroni salad was so good; made us nostalgic for Japanese deli food from our childhood. I always miss some fresh veggies when I go for Hawaiian food, and this wasn't an exception. I would have loved to have something veggie or fruity, but that's just how it goes with the cuisine. I'd also would loved to have some sugar-free drinks, but we didn't particularly look for it in the fridge (and the counter person didn't know if they had any.) Next time I'll try their poke.
