So let me start with that I've been to Hells Kitchen in Tahoe multiple times. My experience there, 10/10 every time. Magical. I chose to go to Ramseys Kitchen because of my previous experiences. I rave about the Wellington to people. I describe the Wellington as when the critic on the Disney movie Ratatouille, eats the first bite and he's brought back to his childhood and it's the best thing he's ever eaten. That's the Wellington for me. However, this time, mediocre at best. The meat was tough, had to really work to cut it. Typically, it cuts like butter, no knife needed. The Cesar- bland. The sliders- the patties tasted like they came from a frozen box. Service was quick, but under experienced for something I would expect from a Ramsey kitchen. My aunt was with us, she has limited options on what she can eat due to medical issues. Asked to try a dressing to see if she could eat it, was told the kitchen was too backed up to do so- which the restaurant was at 60-70% capacity, at that. Overall, disappointed. Was it just this restaurant or has the same thing happened to Hells Kitchen? Will not be back, at least for a long while.
The service was real friendly and the food really tasted good and I really like the scallops and also liked the dessert
I've eaten at Ramsay restaraunts in Vegas so I was expecting a great meal. Instead we got a casino meal. Made a mistake paying extra to sit by the kitchen as our backs were to it the whole time. The kitchen was quiet because they are not even talking to each other which was strange. The food was super salty and the Wellington was tough. I had to saw through it and didn't even finish it. The Cesar salad had zero flavor. It's almost like this place is just an after thought and riding on the name here. I would give it zero stars but the wait staff really tried. Our young waiter brought out our plates and mixed them up. So while he was explaining the food I switched the plates and you would have thought he committed a crime he was so upset as was the other waiter that brought another dish. We were not upset by that, but they were. It was our anniversary and they all came by to wish us a happy anniversary and the sticky toffee pudding was amazing. But if you want a good meal, go to the Steak House in Western Village. WAY better food.
Don't pay the extra money to be by the kitchen. You are placed facing away from the kitchen and yet have all the noise. Food was extremely salty.
The waiter was top notch and made the experience memorable!! However, the food was lacking!! The best part of the meal was the Parker rolls! The wings were very dry and the the beef Wellington was very tough!! We spent five days in Reno and this dinner was our least favorite!!
Service was very good, but the food wasn't good, I ordered the scallops and sauce was too salty, my son order the truffle ravioli and had no taste the only decent plate was the chicken. Too pricey for the quality of food
Bryson and Claire were awesome! Great service and recommendations!

Had a Chi Flip! Had many drinks, however nothing quite like this!
Exquisite in all fashion. Bryson, my waiter...super cool and created the atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for a (non-low priced) drink that satisfies the need!

The bar at Ramsay's Kitchen is a wonderful open atmosphere. Bryson is an amazing bar tender that puts his experience and artistry into every drink. I had the harvest salad and the lamb lollipops which were fantastic! Definitely recommend in your Reno experience!

I ordered the Caesar salad. It came and there was no dressing the Parmesan crumbles fell to the bottom of the plate and didn’t stick to the leaves. I asked for a little extra dressing because I couldn’t detect any. I was brought a small little cup of dressing which was fine and the salad was mid. After reviewing the bill I realized I was charged $5 for the mini cup of dressing. This was deceptive and ridiculous.

I would say just the wellington beef worth going to this place despite good wine, pastry, carb cake. Wellington beef is peice of art, you got to try it at least once in your life time, I would say you never had this experience in your life as far as new taste of food in your life. Picture attached.
