Service was on spot, Bryce gave us very valuable insight on the meals offered. This was also our very first time at any Ramsay's Kitchen. The Lamb Lollipops is a must order, flavor was great, texture and doness was fabulous. I don't have a sophisticated palate and have yet to venture out in the food world so this next review is to be taken lightly. It is regarding the famous Beef Wellington, the plating was beautiful, the wrapped patstry was fantastic along with the sauce and side items that come along with it. the Filet Mignon was very tender but personally the texture of it wasn't for me. I would still definitley recommend to order it if it is your very first time trying a Beef Wellington to cross it off your list. All in all a very good experience.
Our waiter and bus boy were personable and attentive.nthe food was delightful. What a fun adventure for my husband and I. The team of servers were really working together. Just loved it.
My husband and I come here for holidays, our birthdays, and anniversaries. It's always a great time! The food is great, the drinks are amazing, and the service is always outstanding. We've had Jeremy as our server the last few times we've gone and his service is impeccable. He's so attentive and is just an overall great person. We alway have a great time here!
Reservations were right on time for the table. Our water was brought to us fast. The place was kinda busy for the holiday so wasn't worried we saw our server 15 minutes later. The appetizers were good. My salad was good her crab cake was decent. We get our man course meals. The beef Wellington was crap. And the spare rib was decent. Wanted the world famous beef Wellington and it was a let down for sure. Didn't even finish half and I'm a big boy. Served came by and asked if we done and took the plates quickly, we were unsatisfied but not annoyed yet. Sitting there for 15 minutes waiting on desert some manager asks how we're doing. I told him the beef Wellington was garbage, he asked about it and I said they took it back. Tired to offer me a drink or a fresh one. Offering a fresh one in my opinion means we were served a lesser fresh one in the beginning which is a turn off. Said something about hopefully we can make it up. 10 minutes later our server comes by to apologize and said she didn't know. Well yeah you didn't check on us and just took the plates quickly. 10 minutes goes by and now we want to leave. Our server seems to be avoiding us. So we ask another server for our check. 10 minutes later the desert has been brought out. Im finally able to hand her my card right away to pay. The 2 Valentine's Day dinners with one wine pairing was not worth the 300$ in any way. On a separate issue to just throw it out there so people know. It was super loud in the there. Me and my partner had to raise our voices way too loud to hear each other. Wasn't very romantic for Valentine's Day. Giant waste of time and money. Yeah the food looked really good though and our table was on time. Other than that I don't really have much else to say. Almost a really cool restaurant. We won't be back.
The lay out of this restaurant is not as noisy as the Lake Tahoe restaurant. Food was great service was great. I would recommend for a good date night.
Watch out for hidden fees. I booked reservations for 2 people at 6:15 on Valentine's day. I DID NOT request a specific seating area. Upon arrival, we were seated in a noisy booth in front of the kitchen. What we were not told is there is a $25 extra fee to sit there as apparently some people want to sit there and watch the kitchen, although you'd have to turn your head around even if you wanted to watch the kitchen, which we did not. Here's where they have underhanded tactics. When I booked, I was charged $25 to HOLD the reservation, not to sit with a view of the kitchen. The $25 was supposed to go toward our meal if we did not cancel. However, we were then told when we got our bill that because they were special seats with a view of the kitchen, the $25 was not refundable. We DID NOT request them. They just seated us there. We will never go back there again.🤬
Food was just grand! We all that the Wellington! Buttery smooth- delicious! 5 star service!
Food was excellent. Only complaint would be that we had 4:30 reservation, which is when they opened and had to wait 5 minutes till they set a table. Thought they would have had that taken care of with the amount of staff roaming around.
Great service and food is nice but not a wow. The table we were taken to first was right in the open doorway of the bar area which I thought was very poor but it wasn't a problem to change the table so we ended up in a lovely romantic booth. The fact the basketball is playing on a tv in bar gave it an Applebees vibe hardly what you want when paying $300 for a meal.
Fantastic service. Server Cami and assistant Alejandro were amazing. Food Manager Jeff is always welcoming and engaging. Food preparation and presentation is flawless. Looking forward to returning soon.

Food was pretty good overall. I veered from my typical selection and got salmon. We were sat basically right up against the busy main hall in SL, loud, and on top of that tables were seated very tight together. Servers struggled to do their jobs due to this. Servers were fantastic though. I'll return, but would ask for a seat more inside the restaurant
Don't Order the Chicken!! We went to dinner with a large group and for the most part, the dining experience was wonderful! Great service, appetizers were delicious, wonderful wine. Most of the main dishes for the group were great and everyone loved them. However, I ordered the Roasted Chicken which was described as 2 large pieces of bone-in chicken. After awhile, one of the floor managers came to me to explain that my dinner would be about a minute behind and 20 min later, it arrived but it was two boneless chicken breasts floating in this overpowering sauce. I asked if they ran out of the bone-in chicken and just grilled a couple of chicken breast instead and was told that maybe she wasn't told that they changed the dish. The restaurant did not charge me for the meal, which was nice BUT when we are paying top dollar at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, I really expected better. One of my friends jokingly said just order the beef and seafood but don't order the chicken!
Perfect service, food was on point. Birthday dinner for my wife and it was perfectly detailed and delicious.
As always, the food was delicious and you could tell they cared about every detail on the plate, from the steak I ordered to the salad. The service was excellent too. I couldn't have asked for more.
Our server Natalie was absolutely wonderful. Everything about our service was great. The food and drinks were wonderful!
