This restaurant in RENO NV IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!!!! I tried to go there on Sunday afternoon and As I walked up to the door, there was a couple of gentlemen who asked me if I was trying to come in that I’m like yeah and they told me that the restaurant is permanently closed down, and I saw a sign on the front door that read “PERMANENTLY CLOSED”

Had a reservation for tonight at 6pm and the doors are locked and lots of people standing out side confused. Edit they have closed permanently as of 9/4/25

Made a reservation on Tuesday and was able to get a hold of somebody and was able to make a reservation for Friday @ 6:00pm. Called the day of to check if one of their food items were available that night. No answer, went to voicemail. Thought it was strange so kept calling and left a voicemail asking about it. Checked their website and it showed they were open but not taking reservations or anything. Had a weird feeling about it, but we went anyways. Just to find out it’s closed, the building was vacant, lights are off, doors are locked with zero notification or notice that they weren’t opening. Turns out it is closed permanently. Just want to let everyone know for the future.

The pasta tasted dry and if you like cheddar, eat here. Service was pretty good, the lighting was moody but the room was pretty empty at 5:30 pm.

WASH YOUR DISHES!!! How is this place still open. The health department alone should close this place down.
I haven't been here in years but we came because we had a gift card. I couldn't bring myself to eat here before the food even came out... The new plates we were given were dirty (covered in grime) and my water had something (?) floating in it as it was dropped off at my table. It was absolutely disgusting... The server was nice but nice doesn't clean the dishes. I couldn't bring myself to eat here assuming it was worse in the kitchen.

Reno NV …This place has really declined. I ordered take out. Had to chase someone down to get the food. Multiple people walked by & ignored me. Receipt said Door Dash - it was simply take out. No bread was included. Food was Not As ordered & certainly was not as pictured. Meatballs were tiny dried out chunks of meat, pasta was all dramatically overcooked. Sausage wasn’t included although it was listed on the receipt. Kinda funny that there was no follow up to ask about quality! Photos are pictured vs actual… sausage was supposed to be included in 2nd dish.

Husband orders Chicken Marsala absolutely disgusting. No grill or pan marks at all on Chicken, think chicken was old and frozen put in a microwave. Cold inside. I ordered grilled shrimp, absolutely never grilled the shrimp on pan or grill. Waiter was very nice but food was the worst.

It's been a while since we've eaten here...had a g.c., the waiter was great... The shrimp Porto Fini was delicious, husband got the trio and he enjoyed that! We had plenty of left overs the next night! We would come back again...
