Called my order in three hours early. Pizza not even cooked and was told it would be ten or fifteen minutes before it was ready.
Absolutely horribly slow delivery. First time we ordered took 2 hours to deliver, the second time we tried we ended up cancelling the order after waiting an hour and 50 minutes. Ridiculous
Just witnessed assistant manager Rachel go above and beyond to make sure an unhappy customer got EXACTLY the pizza she asked for. Thank you for your kindness and excellent customer service Rachel.
