Loved the ambience and table. Dim lighting and we could hear the pianist. Our server and staff wonderful. Dinner was great. Oysters Rockefeller, wedge salad, mushroom ravioli, shrimp cocktail, salmon, scallops and sorbet. Always amazing evening out.

Our server was great even though it was a super busy night. Food came out fast and was excellent as well.

The Atmosphere and Service Shined, the Food Did Not We visited Roxy to celebrate some unexpected good news, and while the evening started beautifully, the meal itself was a major disappointment. The bar experience was the highlight; the selection of 102 martinis is impressive, and the happy hour pricing is excellent. The ambiance, complemented by live piano music and a professional, attentive staff, set high expectations. Unfortunately, the kitchen did not deliver. Aside from the delicious bacon cheese bread, the food was remarkably bland. The Caesar salad lacked any depth of flavor, and both our sides and steaks were severely under-seasoned. Most disappointing was the steak—ordered medium but served well-done. Even with a sauce on it, it was dry. Because Roxy does not provide salt and pepper on the table, we had to repeatedly ask staff to season our food for us, which became tedious. For a "top-tier" steakhouse, the execution of the main course was simply not there.

Fabulous food, ambiance and service. The Salmon and Prime Rib Entrees were superb! The mac and cheese side dish left us wanting more. Each side is a good shareable size. And the dessert...we tried a few of them. The Creme Brulé and Lemon Meringue Desserts were favorites at our table. The Roxy is a little pricey but definitely worth it. We had fun with starting our reunion at the Bistro Roxy's Happy Hour before our dinner reservation at the Roxy. Highly Recommend!

The food is amazing, you definitely get what you pay for. Even on a busy night like New Year's Eve, the staff is excellent and attentive. Definitely recommend this restaurant for your special occasion or just a fantastic night out.

Had the 10 oz filet mignon with broccolini a calamari as an appetizer. Everything was perfect! Large portions!

Sadly, this was only a 3 star. If you are looking for delicious food and atmosphere with low level noise., this isn't for you(and wasn't for me). Take your $ and go to Ruth's. That was a 5 star all around, the steaks AMAZING.

Isabel was our server and she was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, attentive, and quite to continuously check on us and refill our drinks. My prime rib was a bit on the cooler side, I tend to like my food piping hot. I also wish people with small kids that don't know how to sit still or are loud would be sat in a separate area. Love the music at the Roxy's lounge! We came back later that night for drinks and music! A must before we go home after our Reno Trips!

Our server Karli was very pleasant and attentive. I had Prime Rib which is always outstanding. It's spiced just right and extremely tender and flavorful. We visit Roxy's every time we visit Reno.

We made a reservation for their Thanksgiving dinner special ($75.99 per person). We called to see if they had an earlier time available but was told no, 8pm was the earliest time they had. When we arrived we were seated at a table near the back right next to another family, who was nonstop cussing loudly the entire duration. When we asked to order the Thanksgiving special (which was on the menu onto us) the waiter informed us that they had conveniently ran out of turkey, and there will be no substitutions offered. Instead we need to pay for each part of the menu individually, including the appetizers, the entree, and dessert. This means we have to pay an additional $20-40 per person more than if we had gotten the Thanksgiving special. Of course we were not happy with this and walked out. At that price, we might as well gone to the $85 Thanksgiving buffet at the Atlantis casino, which ironically might still have turkey left as well as more food options. The best part was as we walked out we stopped by several of the other in-casino restaurants, including the Gordon Ramsey Kitchen and The Brew Brothers, to see if they ran out of turkey - nope! Looks like this is a problem unique only to the Roxy. In summary, save your money. If you can afford to eat at the Roxy, you can definitely afford to eat somewhere much, much nicer as well.

We had dinner at Roxy this evening. The food was good, and the service was truly outstanding. Our server, Eric, delivered a level of hospitality that reminded me of Michelin-starred restaurants. As a frequent world traveler who has dined in countless places, I honestly did not expect to receive this standard of service in the United States. Eric paid attention to every little detail and made us feel relaxed and genuinely happy throughout the entire meal.

We have eaten here many times over the years but this Thanksgiving was a disappointment.Despite reservations we waited about 20 minutes. The manager slurred around stopping at select tables but not ours. The $35 wine pairing was an overpriced disappointment. $75 was overpriced for a turkey dinner with a small am't of stuffing and veggies as well.
