Sakana Sushi Reviews
Beautiful food and such friendly staff. Highly recommended!
Went for my birthday, 5 people, they ordered AYCE and I ordered Katsu Don. Ordered drinks, Tea and waters. Sakana Sushi offers fresh and tasty sushi with unique roll options. The sesame oil roll is a pleasant surprise, and the all-you-can-eat menu provides great value, but beware of charges for leftovers. The food is great, with highlights including the cucumber salad and crab/cream cheese roll appetizers. Sushi and nigiri are also well-received. Customers praise the well-prepared and timely food with clean presentation, and the ambiance is adequate considering the reasonable prices. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, providing wonderful customer service and a good beer selection. However, some diners have experienced issues with service, such as slow waitressing and confusion with the all-you-can-eat menu. Servers often hand food and drinks to the person, which can cause some inconvenience, and notifications like Uber Eats alarms can be disruptive. Additionally, some customers noted inconsistencies, with the same rolls tasting different on repeat visits, and watery wasabi with no flavor. The restaurant's organization and presentation are top-notch, but staff can be overwhelmed, affecting service quality. Overall, Sakana Sushi is a good option for sushi lovers, but there can be some inconsistencies in service and food.
