“Used my two free nights coupon this past week. I’m an out of towner visiting family from the Southeast. Did some slots, table games and ate at Mels too. Overall had a good experience but my only issues were the vending machines next to the ice maker was bare, and the lady at the desk Thursday morning had an attitude when I asked for someone to help with a blocked drain the tub. Shout out to Albert at the Guitar Bar, the ladies at the Keno desk, Dave and Matt with guest services too, very friendly and patient. Looking forward to coming back in the winter!“

I will never get that because of that. They put Tabasco in their Thousand Island that is stupid. But nice atmosphere good service and you can play Trivia that was fun. “My husband and I had a belated anniversary dinner at Biggest Little Steakhouse on 10-19-2023. This was our first visit, and we were not disappointed. We were greeted by Brian who was very personable and had a great sense of humor. He explained the menu, providing many nice details, and explained their service model (we were sitting outside and after taking our drink order, he explained that we were to place our order with a staff member inside the restaurant and that our meal would be brought to us). We had a filet mignon, peppercorn sauce, and red wine braised mushrooms. The filet was very tender (Brian had explained that both the filet mignon and pork chop were prepared using a special cooking method) and the mushrooms were tasty – good enough to take home our extra. We also enjoyed the focaccia bread, although we preferred it with the herbed butter that came with the filet and olive oil & vinegar we requested after trying the special blend they usually serve with bread – nothing wrong with it, it just wasn’t to our taste. The service was excellent throughout – responsive without being intrusive. The warm cookies that were served with the bill were a nice finishing touch. We’ll be back again and are especially looking forward to trying the Beef Wellington bites and pot pie. We also liked that the music at a nice volume level and the style was reminiscent of a speakeasy. Don’t forget happy hour daily from 5-6 and again the last open hour!“

“I have always loved this place. Until today. I came in and got a broccoli n cheddar bread bowl. The ratio was OBVIOUSLY messed up, as the cheese was chunky n not mixed well with the cream like it is normally. And then I had ordered a bowl of the crawfish gumbo. Not a single piece of crawfish in the entire bowl. Not to mention standard gumbo has anduoille sausage. The sausage that was in it was some store bought "Johnson stuffs" This place has gone down hill so quickly. I am extremely disappointed, and will never be back again. Save your $'s. they charge too much and are not giving out the same quality as they once did.“

“I love your burgers! I go to the South Reno location every week and get a build-your-own bison double patty. I do have some issues with your ordering website, however. For some reason, I can't order online for the South Reno location. Also even though your website has everything on the menu there is no option for ordering a double patty. I go into the restaurant and order my food to go and will continue to do so but it would be nice and convenient if these issues could be fixed on your ordering website. “We live right around the corner! Rather than spending half an hour trying to figure out dinner, our pizza was ready in 20 minutes. It was very hot when we picked it up, and the crust was nice and crisp. This was our first time getting two whole pizzas. We walk by here everyday and finally ordered. Definitely not disappointed! “I'm a Colorado boy living in California now, so I grew up on Quizno's but had to watch countless locations close in the Bay Area and along the I-80 corridor due to a decline in quality and sales. I've ordered the Traditional for 30 years.

This Reno location served me up the best Traditional I've ever had in my life, lemme tell ya. Major props to the handsome Indian dude working the joint who made this all possible. He's probably the franchise owner. Watching him make my sandwich felt like being in a commercial. I half expected the spongemonkeys to come out of nowhere singing about the pepper bar. I haven't gotten that excited watching meat laid out nicely on a set of buns since, well, this morning. It's the closest I've ever been to a religious experience. The place was nice and clean, too!“
