Plaza Court Restaurant Reviews
Good hotel breakfast. Omelette with cheese and peppers and sausage was delicious. A little oily but good.
Parking: Free hotel parking. Lots unless an event is happening in the city.
Glad to have a restaurant in the hotel since there isn’t really anything close by but the Food was alright. Service was good.
I dig this place. Blown away it was not jam packed. $5 kid meals. Awesome service. A few min drive from GSR. Food was cooked just right. Had an old school Reno vibe.
Parking: It is a hotel. You enter the restaurant from the main entrance of the hotel.
Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty
Plaza Court Restaurant is an old school bar with welcoming service and a loyal local following. The chicken fingers with fries are a popular choice, while the 2-egg breakfast is a standout dish. Guests appreciate the convenience of having a restaurant and bar at Surestay hotel, with bartender John providing exceptional service. The restaurant offers a typical American breakfast, including options like an omelette with cheese and peppers and sausage, which has been noted as delicious. However, it has very limited hours of operation, and if guests find themselves hungry when it is closed, they must buy snacks from the desk staff or walk to another restaurant. While the atmosphere is clean and has a fine dining feel, some food preparation has been disappointing, such as soggy bread on a club sandwich. The prices are reasonable for the options available, but some guests would prefer a more upscale menu to match the ambiance. Despite some mixed reviews on the service from the desk staff, the waitress has been described as sweet and pleasant, contributing to the overall experience.
