“I have always loved this place. Until today. I came in and got a broccoli n cheddar bread bowl. The ratio was OBVIOUSLY messed up, as the cheese was chunky n not mixed well with the cream like it is normally. And then I had ordered a bowl of the crawfish gumbo. Not a single piece of crawfish in the entire bowl. Not to mention standard gumbo has anduoille sausage. The sausage that was in it was some store bought "Johnson stuffs" This place has gone down hill so quickly. I am extremely disappointed, and will never be back again. Save your $'s. they charge too much and are not giving out the same quality as they once did.“

“We had lunch with the family and I would say, that the food here is by far the most authentic Korean, comparing those that I've tasted in Korea (Incheon and Seoul) few years ago, where I've been a few times on business and leisure. Price-wise, it's fair. As word of caution, spiciness is up to 4th level, and perhaps you can try #2 for a starter to enjoy the food. I wish there is one branch at the Northwest part of Reno.“

“This place is an absolute gem. We got the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the Spicy Chopped Cheeseburger, as well as the Sugar Dust Bites. We had high expectations from the reviews and their amazing pictures before you order. This absolutely blew us away. The seasoning on the fries is very tasty, both sandwiches were cooked to perfection, seasoned with love and served on the best bread possible. The costumer service was phenomenal, such a sweet duo in the kitchen. We will be back here all the time.“

“Came here as a solo vegetarian. I did not try to find vegan at this restaurant, but I suspect it would be hard. Ovolacto has at least two solid options though. I had the mushroom parparadelle preceded by a Ceaser salad and bread basket. Bread is not free, but it is a large basket with a good selection and comes with oil and vinegar. All of the food was heavy. They like their cream and Parmesan! The salad was bigger than a side. It was good and had crispy romaine with a creamy sauce and thick shaved Parmesan. The parparadelle had a good selection of mushrooms and long thick noodles that had to be cut. It was heavy and salty. There was a good mix of mushrooms. All portions were large. Salad, bread and a main were too much for me and I'm a decent sized guy. If I was with my wife we could have split a salad, side and entree and been full. Overall I'd say it was an interesting fusion of fine dining and comfort food. I will say the staff is very friendly. I felt well taken care of. The decor is fun: a rotating statue, columns that turn into genuine torches, and a ceiling that has lights on the pattern of the stars. Hot towel and white chocolate truffles at the end was a nice touch. I spent about $60 before tip. Not bad for a casino restaurant.“

“I ordered the food for my friend so I don't know how the food tastes yet. I used the doordash app and placed a pickup order. In the app it would not allow me to select the same meat option twice so I put in the comments and ask them to do double sweet and sour chicken. When I arrive to pick up the order the the man at the counter was extremely enthusiastic, very polite and was like I made sure I had your double chicken for you and then even included double sweet and sour sauce for our egg rolls. I absolutely love that he took care of us. And his enthusiasm was refreshing“

“My husband and I just had AYCE lunch here and we were thoroughly impressed! The outdoor seating was calm with a great view of downtown. The sushi was fresh and delicious, I highly recommend the chefs special! The owner was so personable and added to our great experience. We will absolutely be coming back and filling our punch card!“

“Had never been there. I don't usually do fast food, but this was worth it. Service was awesome, food was delicious. Went in to order to go, as I don't like drive thru ordering. Staff was all working hard and friendly, and helpful.“

“I still dislike how much the food costs, but as far as quality is concerned this is a good location. I've been to other locations where the bread is dried and impossible to each, but both my sandwich and the baguette I had were reasonably soft.“
