Oh so awful.
WORST service and staff I have actually ever experienced at a Starbucks or any establishment really. Maria who took our order was not only complaining about other staff and conversing with the barista in a disgusting manner gave us the most filthy look when we started to order. When it came to payment she was rude, didn't even want to give us the time of day. We ordered our drinks 1 iced 1 hot. We went to wait by the pick up area feeling very uncomfortable and disgusted. There was another staff member that came up to pick up food and a drink and they were swearing and complaining about another person. After she realized our uncomfortable space she actually apologized. Abri? Or something like that with the short blonde hair soda she didn't care what we heard and literally stated she don't care she just works there as she's kicking around the fridges with her feet complaining about the new coffee machines. She put our drinks up and as the one girl was asking her what is in an oat latte she said just do whatever. They put down an iced drink and a iced mocha, I said I had ordered a hot normal mocha. She rolled her eyes shouted to Maria and said she said it's supposed to be hot. Her response is that's bullshit they both said iced. I was horrified. Then she abruptly makes a hot mocha puts it down and says nothing. We instantly left. Rudest worst staff. Do better at training and scouting employees. Especially when paying top dollars at the casino. Brutal.

The service here is the worst of all Starbucks I’ve been to. Don’t go there. They act like ice is gold. Small portions

Starbuck name + casino location = overpriced, and crowded... but it does not = large portions or great quality. (in other words, overcrowded, expensive, small portions and bland food)
Next visit. : "sorry 're closing in a couple mins, so we aren't taking any orders"... k. Sux for them, I just hit a jackpot and was about to drop $40 for my grande Americano... But they sure as hell didn't want to get tipped..
Third visit: decided to go somewhere else so i wouldn't bother the 7ish security guards and one crazy lady making a scene... Nobody won the de-escalation award that day....

Good place for breakfast....
Massive rip off, even for Starbucks. Save your self about 5$ per person by just ordering at Reno City Center across the street.
