Hate going to Starbucks for a lot of reasons but my travel van is getting worked on down the road and needed a coffee shop to sit in while my house is held hostage. The workers in here seem REALLy happy, that’s why I’m writing this review. Seems no one is breathing down their necks for professionalism. Laughing together all while working like a well oiled machine, love to see it :)

There is specifically 2 people I keep getting at the window. They are rude, argumentative, if you have a question they won't communicate. God forbid you tell them (nicely) that something is wrong. Then when they're mad now you get an almost $15 dollar glass of milk with no added shots. I'm contacting corporate. Go there everyday and depending on who I get my drink price also changes by 3-4 dollars. I will be switching back to the Mill st. location for my lunches.

Maya at Starbucks is fantastic! She’s always polite, vibrant, and constantly smiling. One time, she even remembered my order and made sure it was perfect. She truly does an excellent job!

Definitely less of a hustle and bustle at this hidden gem. Friendly staff which is par for the course at any Starbucks. Order ahead was not working today so I had to order at the drive thru. That’s it.

I deliver for Doordash and was specifically requested to physically confirm each item that this Starbucks location prepared for the order I was picking up. The employee I dealt with this morning said She would not open the bag to look at the items because it was already sealed. I showed her the instructions in the Doordash app on my phone which include breaking the seal if necessary by the employee. She said “No I will not do that”. I replied “Ok” and left. Could have and should have gone much better than that. I have a job to do according to company policy and cooperation should be a straightforward process, but Starbucks has become more difficult to deal with as time goes on. I will no longer support Starbucks on a personal level. 10/272024 at approximately 11:20 AM

A very nice and spacious location.
With outside tables very appropriate for sunny Reno days.
It caught my attention that the music that was playing was in Spanish (as a Latina I felt at home)

I stopped by only an hour before they closed and had awesome service. I honestly wish I had gotten their names! A very friendly male took my order and another one made my drinks. Even though I was in the drivethrough the man making my drinks still came and made an effort to connect with me and all 3 drinks were ready pretty much instantly
