Why... why, Starbucks? I understand your struggle as I used to work as a barista, then a manager, at a cafe. So I get it. I get being on your feet for hours while multi-tasking, getting slammed with complicated orders. Sometimes gotta work both the counter and drive-thru while unmotivated coworkers chat one another up, but you can't let that bother you because you must simultaneously smile through clenched teeth as impatient customers make demands like you're their servant....
