In my opinion, locations are only as good as the crew it has working there, so at this time I would like to praise 550 West Plumb Lane Starbucks for consistently great customer service. A special shout out to: (Forgive me if the names are spelled incorrectly.) Manager Niki, and baristas Jordan, Jacob, and Tanner for always going above and beyond. Truly, the whole crew does a fantastic job, and my family and I look forward to continuing to patron this establishment on a day to day basis.

I asked for no whip cream plus an affogato shot on my frappe and when the barista handed me my drink it was so light colored, it wasn't even brown, and it was super runny. I order this same drink all of the time, and usually you are able to see the shot of espresso, since it's poured directly on top of the frappe. I asked the barista if she added my affogato shot, she said that she put it in there. I asked her if she blended it in and she told me "no". I told her that I can usually see it and she told me that "it already sunk to the bottom" ?? if that was true, then my coffee would have been brown and not white. I was running late and had to get my kid to school, so I took her word for it and left. When I went to take a drink, and seen the cup in the sunlight, I could tell that she had put whip cream in my cup and instead of remaking it, she blended it in to the frappe. That's why it was white like it was, that's why it's runny. I need to stop tipping before I receive my order bc Starbucks does this all the time. I'm so mad I thought I could go there and not be ripped off, but I was ripped off. I can't drink it with whip cream in it, so that was $10 I just threw away ??

You're either a Starbucks fan or you're not, and the coffee is pretty consistent among locations. However, the ambiance and staff can vary wildly between them. This location has the friendliest workers and is always clean. They have lots of seating, including outdoor for the warmer months. 10/10 for literally every single employee!

I love this place! Every time I visit Reno, I always come to this Starbucks! Its a great environment with friendly and personable staff who really like their job! The young gentleman who served me this morning was rather amazing! I felt terrible for being so plain but his service really brightened my day ! Kudos to you good sir as well as the other staff!

What happened Starbucks? This place used to be fun and friendly, not anymore. They don't listen so you don't get what you ordered the first time. And you don't have to order & pay separately for your food because you were heard the 1st time. The people used to be engaging and fun and very nice! Now they just want you to order and leave. Wow guys, like night and day! So sorry, but not coming back.

I see the help wanted signs on the window but when a customer alerts you that there is a problem in the bathroom the protocol for good customer service is to thank them and tell them you are aware not give them attitude. Other than that this is a very nice store and the service was quick on my large coffee with cream.
