One staff member, Julissa, provided exceptional customer service by hand-delivering drinks and quickly replacing a dropped food item, making the experience feel truly cared for. The store has a good variety of pastries and treats, including the popular "pup cup" for dogs, which is a whipped cream treat that dogs love. Parking can be limited and requires patience, with handicap parking and a ramp located a few stores down. Customers often visit for their regular coffee, such as a tall coffee with room for cream and sugar, or for breakfast items like Onion Bagel with cream cheese, depending on availability. Overall, this Starbucks is a busy, friendly spot suitable for quick coffee breaks or meetings.
