The staff at this location are absolutely wonderful. It doesn’t feel like the fake “I get paid to smile at you” experience. They are all genuinely patient and relaxing and a joy to talk to.

The only reason I took one star off atmosphere was because it’s not the most comfy cozy coffee shop I’ve ever stopped at but it was nice and clean! I’d just add some plants and pillows lol.

Drive through was a breeze! Placed my specialty coffee order, and a few minutes later, I was at the window to pay and pick up my coffee! Much better than the Starbucks' experience in California.

Is this location really shuttered forever now? If the news article I read isn't wrong, that's incredibly sad.The one time I stopped here when I was in Reno for appointments, because I couldn't use the drive through (still during COVID protocols) since I'm deaf, the manager came out in person for my order to the parking lot and personally delivered the food to me the same way.It was incredibly moving and that burger tasted delicious. Everything was perfect....
