poor service. walked in for a mobile order and stood for probably 10 minutes while everyone chatted in the back and did not come out even when i was watching vids at high volume. said hello once and nothing, waited a little and said it louder finally someone came out. good thing i’m a patient person

Pretty Dirty place, and unreasonable owner rules about not honoring new mailer coupons. Bread and meats are especially state here.

they don’t accept phone calls here so hopefully you don’t need to call them for anything… my order got sent in wrong and i tried to call to correct it before they made it. sadly a sandwich went to waste because i had to drive there unable to inform them beforehand of the correction that needed to be made. at least they’re friendly

I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews because I’m generally a chill dude but all I asked was for more black olives & onions then usual & the dude that works the morning shift told me no. My receipt clearly says more black olives and onions.
I had requested to change the time of the pickup for my sandwich. Miguel said it’ll be ready at the time u set it to. I had told him if I waited any longer I’d be late going back to work, and that if it was ok for them to just prepare my 2 sandwiches in the evening instead. He said he’ll try to tell the next person, but he only makes sandwiches on the time it says on the receipt. I don’t think he even tried or cared about it. Cause I saw the next person for the upcoming shift at that location, and by the time I got back to work and called him he said he was already making it. I probably won’t be picking it up after all this hassle. I’m back at work with no sandwich for the remainder of my 10 hour shift. The app doesn’t let me cancel or reschedule orders. I don’t think I was asking for a big request, just to change the pick up time

Went in to this subway with a subway coupon and he did not want to honor the coupon as well said they don’t take them they don’t have too just like the other one

We were looking at coupons, and the service member Amy said they weren't accepting coupons, and were actively being belligerent about the coupons before we could ask about the situation with the coupons. When we asked for clarification for why the coupons weren't being accepted Amy continued to be rude about the situation. We decided to not buy any subs after her attitude.

Absolutely horrible customer service from Amy (especially) and Aly. I went in to get lunch for my nephew. He gets sweet onion teriyaki, something I’ve never ordered before. I was being helped by Aly and accidentally messed up in the order and as I was apologizing and TRYING to ask a question Amy raises her voice and cuts me off. I’m still trying to ask this question as the answer to it would help me know exactly what is needed but she just keeps raising her voice at me and not listening. I absolutely hate being disrespected like this, especially for no reason but I continued ordering politely in hopes their moods would improve but they didn’t. They didn’t even care to bag my meal which has never not been done for me at a subway but I thought it might just be something this location doesn’t do. So I asked for a bag and Aly just placed it on the counter and I bagged my own meal. Yet they bagged the order for the guy behind me so I know it was personal. I won’t ever go to this subway again thanks to Amy and Aly.

The manager of this resturant has taken a dislike to me because i am homeless but i am the ruler of this world and dress like this to flush out people like this who judge others based on external apperance instead of quality of character. Shame on you manager lady, shame on you, your type are set for reprogramming.
