GARBAGE ICE CREAM TRUCK! always running out of things without letting you know. Over priced and ripping off their community. This is one local business I will avoid at all cost.

They charge my kids something different every time!! They are always out of things and when we do order they won’t tell u they are out of things and just hand you your order with missing fruit or toppings but still charge you the most. My daughter paid for a milkshake and they shorted her change and basically called my 11 year old daughter a liar!!
They come super late on school nights to my apartments and blare the ice cream truck song. It’s so frustrating!
If you can’t speak Spanish you will get cheated!! I will never give this ice cream truck another cent of my money!

Sweet Paradise is the best ice cream and confectionary experience you will EVER have. EVER. The selection here is great, something for everybody yet the quality stays consistently 5 star across the entire menu. These guys clearly take what they do seriously and it shows in the food and sweets they serve. The portions are EXTREMELY generous for the prices. You're basically paying Cold Stone prices for a product that tastes 10x better and has infinitely more personality. As a matter of fact, if Sweet Paradise doubled their prices, I would still consider it a bargain and would continue to dine here without question. Amazing ice cream, amazing snacks, amazing people. If you are driving around the Reno/Sparks area and spot these guys. PLEASE stop by and try it, I am sure you wont regret it.

Have gotten items from this truck on 2 separate occasions. The service and the food is amazing. Fruit is amazingly fresh. So many items to choose from. Definitely worth a visit.

Amazing!! I called them the day before. They came to us. Served our entire football team in under 45 minutes. 130 people. Fast, great service. Very friendly, always a smile on their face.

this is the best ice cream truck!!! so many delicious Mexican desserts!! milkshakes! snacks!! aqua Fresca is so refreshing and the make it fresh to order!! pina is my favorite!! my children love when they hear the truck.

I’ve seen it at three different events, and each time they took forever to make my order. One time, their payment system wasn’t working. Another time, they were not making half of the items on the menu and only served certain people at the end of the event.

These guys were the best! I called with a one day notice to swing by my son’s birthday and feed a bunch of teenagers. They had the best selection of treats - regular ice cream truck selection, milkshakes, slushees, various Mexican treats and snacks. They were so nice and quick service to get through everyone. Would definitely recommend hiring them for any event!

The ice cream truck workers don't work efficiently. They could have just told me they ran out of strawberry ice cream without having me wait 40 minutes. They charge 2$ more for a spongebob ice cream pop than other ice cream trucks do. If u can I would recommend buying it from a different truck. I guess their just trying to make back what. They paid for that new truck and its paint job.
