A true hidden gem. Delicious burittos. Sauce is spicy but mild. Rice is moist with good flavor. Beans are perfect and chicken shredded was the bomb with explosive flavors. The only restaurant open at the Sands right next to Mel's. We were not expecting much bit were pleasantly surprised. Could only eat half the portion as it was so large so we took it to go and ate a snack at midnight after drinking.
We ate here twice while in town.The food was overall really good. The rice, not so much. Under cooked & the seasoning was off, imo. The customer service was fine.I would recommend here.

I got the three taco deal for $10.50 (I think) and it was delicious. The only reason that I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the carnitas weren't drained of their juices at all and it made the totillas extremely soggy and very messy. Other than that I was pleasantly surprised at the taste, quality and overall value of the food. The young lady that took my order at the counter was also extremely nice. I would eat here again in a heartbeat.
