Only a 5 main entrees on the menu, 2 out of the 5 where out. Out of change in the cash register. I ordered flatbread it was okay. Didn’t have crushed red peppers for pizza? Just felt mediocre at every turn.

Ordered the french dip sliders thinking it would be a short wait, 35 minutes later my food arrived, 3 slider rolls with shredded beef & kettle chips. The food was good, Restaurant was not busy, not sure why it took a cook 35 minutes to cut 3 rolls, add beef & chips. Worse thing was that I received my receipt for $20.57 & they charged my credit card over $23.00 without my approval.

Ugh, what a disappointing experience. Used to always stop here coming back from trips. This isn’t the first time with the bartender here. Went to the tap house 3/20/25 @ 6-7pm. I literally never complain about service workers. They deserve the world, but she’s genuinely rude and condescending. Was serving like 4 people max too. Relax. Wild Garlic next door was delicious!

This was from the coffee place next door that shares the kitchen.
It has to be the saddest avocado toast I’ve ever seen. Thin, tasteless wheat bread with processed avocado spread. All for the ridiculous price of $15. You gotta be kidding me??

They are not open. It's Wednesday at 830pm. No where to eat at the airport.

I recently visited the Draft House at the airport, and my experience with the bartender was extremely frustrating. I ordered a Bees Knees cocktail, which was advertised on the promo sign right outside the restaurant. To my surprise, the bartender claimed they didn’t offer that drink. When I pointed out that Gunpowder Gin (a key ingredient) was sitting on the shelf behind her, she insisted they didn’t carry it.

After finally finding the bottle and the recipe (despite the Bees Knees being a simple and well-known cocktail), her attitude shifted, and she became visibly irritated with me for insisting on what was clearly advertised.

This level of unprofessionalism, lack of product knowledge, and poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively. A restaurant that advertises cocktails should at least have bartenders who know their own menu and how to make basic drinks without frustration. Very disappointed!

Is this actually just the same business as timber ridge around the corner? Except this spot was out of most of their beers and the kitchen was shut down.
