I really like Tamarac. Clean and friendly service. I do have to say the cocktail waitresses need to step it up, please. On more than one occasion, I've sat down to play some slots and wanted a drink. I have waited over 45 minutes twice now before he/ her came around. Machines are a little tight as well. To sum it up very nice place to come and I will be returning!

Such a poor experience with sportsbook supervisor (no name was given, however his picture will be posted on social medias). Thuggish behavior making up requirements that are not Nevada gaming laws. Yes Lynn knew as well (cashier) she was awesome.
They lost 3 players and i will make sure word spreads.
This is not the place to go as they treat locals with abuse if you win. Pic will be posted

This casino sucks ass. I think all of the positive reviews are from employees or management. You won’t win enough to even keep playing without going into your pocket. Trust me we have given them so many chances to at the very least let people play a minute. But you won’t even win enough to keep playing. The drinks are watered down and the machines suck.
No cocktail waitresses, paid $300 to the tightest machines in town and didn't get a single drink in the hour it took to loose on minimum bet. Would give 0 stars if i could

This casino is a mixed bag of both great and poor service and amenities. The cashiers, Deanna and Lynn are both so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure transactions are correct and quickly completed so no one has to wait in line too long. Brian is very friendly, but seems unwilling or incapable of helping or making a solid decision for the casino whenever there is an issue or problem to resolve. The beverage servers/slot attendants are helpful and always around to bring drinks. The restaurant is so so in both service and quality of food. Lupita can be helpful when she isn't overwhelmed at the breakfast counter. I enjoy coming here because of the close location to where I live in Reno.
