I really like Tamarac. Clean and friendly service. I do have to say the cocktail waitresses need to step it up, please. On more than one occasion, I've sat down to play some slots and wanted a drink. I have waited over 45 minutes twice now before he/ her came around. Machines are a little tight as well. To sum it up very nice place to come and I will be returning!
This casino is a mixed bag of both great and poor service and amenities. The cashiers, Deanna and Lynn are both so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure transactions are correct and quickly completed so no one has to wait in line too long. Brian is very friendly, but seems unwilling or incapable of helping or making a solid decision for the casino whenever there is an issue or problem to resolve. The beverage servers/slot attendants are helpful and always around...
When I just want to relax and have a good time, Tamarack is my go-to. I like to sit in the sports bar and enjoy the food. The staffers are always friendly. The restroom is well maintained. I hope this place keeps the way it is.
