Nevada Steak provides a pleasant dining experience with attentive service from staff members, including Kathy and Morgan. The restaurant features a sectioned-off area away from the casino bar, creating a quieter environment, although noise from the casino can sometimes be heard through the steel chain curtain. The ambiance benefits from moody lighting that enhances the atmosphere. Many of the five entrees tried were beautifully presented, hot, and tasty. The French onion soup was especially notable for being the best tried and not too salty, complemented by freshly baked bread and a relish tray. The desserts, such as pots de creme and lemon strawberry shortcake, were delicious. The ribeye steak was praised for its freshness and flavor, and the filet mignon was excellent, though some found it lacked a bit more flavor. The garlic was appreciated, and the virgin drink was also very yummy. The service was outstanding, with staff being friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. Overall, Nevada Steak remains one of the top choices for many visitors, offering good food and excellent service, despite some room for improvement in certain dishes.
