The hours of operation for today, Tuesday, are posted for the Reno Airport Terminal C as open to 8pm. We walked up at 4:25pm and a female staff person pulled the gate closed. There are a lot of people in the Terminal due to flight delays. I walked by the bar in January coming off a flight and was surprised then that the bar was closed so early. Operators need to update their hours of operation.

Worst experience ever. We sat down for 20mins and even approach the bartender lady said that we want to order some drinks. Still the lady did not let us order and just let us wait for no reason.

Seems that the bartender named Guadalupe ( Im sure she is the one everyone has been talking about) hates her job, her life, and people. Got a kick out of her making disgusted faces at us as soon as I tried speaking to her about voiding the raw chicken served with my Caesar salad. She then proceeded to be very rude, racist, and continued making faces when we nicely asked for the void receipt. She responded with “you have to wait “ and how she was very busy with a snarky attitude and rolling her eyes. But after explaining how it can’t be that hard to do she did it within two seconds…mind you she never told us she voided the transaction and we were waiting for 30 minutes.

Upon this reaction I can confirm with other reviews that this women maybe prejudice against blacks and afro-Latinos, even though she is a lighter pigmented Latina women. Very sad and ignorant

Your gas pressure on your hazy is way to high, I'm watching your bartender pour and waste a ton of that beer. A good business would optimize their beer system and not throw money down the drain

Drink came in dirty glass. They replaced. But unacceptable with price. Also John Taffer needs to visit this place. Their beer seemed to be foggy/cloudy. Not impressed

Pete, our bartender, was excellent. He ran a full restaurant all by himself with a smile and excellent service. He made great cocktails and was very friendly. He works so hard and does a great job. Thank you Pete, you're outstanding!

Great little stop for pub style sandwiches and beer, in the Reno airport.

The bar tender here seriously lacks basic customer service skills. What ever happened to being nice?
We didn’t get the her name but she had long black greasy hair and hated me the moment I asked her if it was possible to change the TV to a baseball game.
I’m sure youll have no problem finding who I’m talking about once you get there. Don’t go here.
We ask simple questions with no help.. she sucks!

One of a few restaurants to choose that wasn't fast food and we wanted an adult beverage, so we dropped in. QR code menu, so that was a great start to the lack of customer service. A waiter arrived after the order to ask what we ordered as he couldn't tell from the codes on the order form. Bloody Mary with two olives, a celery stick, and too much ice should not be $16.99. Add to that, a hamburger for $22 with stale potato chips. The burger seemed to be from a commissary as it lacked taste and was obviously freezer burned. My small salad had a couple of salami rounds cut into strips, plus iceberg lettuce, olives, red peppers, and a dressing for $20. Altogether, $82.26 plus tip. I understand the rent in an airport is high, but being a captive guest should not force us to pay these prices without a view of Lake Tahoe. Canadian-owned company has its own tariff plan, I guess.

In 2025, there is no reason why a customer (of color) should be ignored for 20 minutes while other guests (all white) are immediately greeted and served as soon as they sit down. Whether this was malicious or simply stupidity, it is unacceptable.

This occurred at 1:30 pm on Sunday, May 11th. The gruff older woman server should be FIRED and replaced with a decent employees who don’t lose the company customers.

Quite literally the slowest paced service I d ever experienced - I just wanted a beer and I think I might be able up grow my own hops and craft my own brew before I’d get service here. Several employees but only one serving or dealing with customers

….waitress was apologetic eventually, but she needs some help behind the bar.

2 people each had 2 beers each - $60 dollars. $15 a beer. Get out of here. Never again.

Well, it would have been nice to get some service. But I got none. Sat at the beer top for a bit, the bar tender made eye contact but never spoke to me. I watched as she served others after me, pouring for the taps, walking to tables etc.
again, these people sat after I did.
I never ordered. I left. I’d rather not order a drink then deal with piss poor service - then again maybe that’s why she’s an airport bar tender.

Bartender had an attitude. Food was poor quality and tasting. Charges full price for a soda refill. I wish I never ate here…
