Quite literally the slowest paced service I d ever experienced - I just wanted a beer and I think I might be able up grow my own hops and craft my own brew before I’d get service here. Several employees but only one serving or dealing with customers
….waitress was apologetic eventually, but she needs some help behind the bar.
2 people each had 2 beers each - $60 dollars. $15 a beer. Get out of here. Never again.
Well, it would have been nice to get some service. But I got none. Sat at the beer top for a bit, the bar tender made eye contact but never spoke to me. I watched as she served others after me, pouring for the taps, walking to tables etc.
again, these people sat after I did.
I never ordered. I left. I’d rather not order a drink then deal with piss poor service - then again maybe that’s why she’s an airport bar tender.
Bartender had an attitude. Food was poor quality and tasting. Charges full price for a soda refill. I wish I never ate here…
Waited 30 mins for a derived. Laurie C was supposed to be helping us but it is obvious with a 30 minute wait the server does not care to wait tables or take orders. Try another spot you will save time

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The lady working on the 8th was rude to every customer, talking down to most of them and ignoring others. I’ve never witness behavior like that. It was actually quite entertaining.
The bartender Terri is the rudest person, not that i expect anyone in the airport to be kind, but this is a whole other level of rudeness. Their kitchen was closed, no food available to order, we ordered drinks, but my son had a snack to eat since they didn’t have any to order and the way she essentially kicked us out was down right rude.

Bartender is lazy with an attitude. She was telling a lot of customers that she was closing out her tabs because she couldn’t wait to clock out. Rude customer service and no regard to helping people out. Manager looked clueless too. There were a lot of people in their kitchen probably dilly dallying and they said kitchen was closed. This was around 3 PM. Also it took bartender over 20 minutes to make 2 drinks. Very slow service and clearly stretching out her shift. A lot of their drinks on their menu were out of stock. Please close this place down. Waste of space in an airport.

The now ubiquitous QR code took me somewhere that flagged security on my phone. Eventually served with a hardcopy menu. My 16 oz Firestone 805 beer cost more than $10. That's spendy at LAX. That and the seemingly compulsory requirement for staff to speak in shouting mode makes me think this is definitely last resort. There are better options at Reno airport

Typical airport lounge / restaurant. Good enough spot to kill time and have a drink - mine was a summer drink special, yummy but a bit pricey (about $20 for 1 drink). Sat at the bar and had attentive service and killed time with video gambling counter games.

Below average airport barServer was on edge and curt with his wordsPC also stopped working so they closed early which based on other reviews doesn't sound like a new issue. Anyone bothering to improve things around there? I guess not...If Reno airport wants to be taken seriously with its renovations and other glitz, then it should look internally as well with the quality of the establishments inside.

Everything is very basic and expensive, better to buy from a vending machine.
