I’m writing this review because I’ve never experienced such poor service at a Habit location before. While I have nothing against teenagers working there, the overall cleanliness and organization were seriously lacking. The place felt unsanitary and messy. The person taking my order didn’t ask if I wanted my food as a meal so I ended up paying separately for fries and a drink afterward. When I finally got my food, they told me they couldn’t provide any ranch or BBQ sauce even though I had spent over $40. This felt unreasonable since most other Habits provide at least one sauce per order with additional sauces being charged. When my parents and I opened our chicken clubs, the amount of chicken was minimal, just tiny pieces between two slices of bread, and the avocado was black. It was very off-putting. I spoke with the manager who said the sandwiches looked fine to her, which I found hard to believe. I don’t understand how this location is still operating given the poor quality and service. I recommend avoiding this Habit and saving your money. I’ve never had a bad experience at any other Habit before, so this was genuinely disappointing. It being inside a casino should have been the first red flag.

Location not available in The Habit mobile app so you can’t order online or determine hours of operation. Hours are not listed on Google. Last night (Friday) I got in line at 10:37 to be turned away because they are closed, but today I see their sign and they were supposed to be open until 11:00. Today I ordered, but they won’t give you a cup for water like other locations, but you can buy a bottle for $2.99

Decent but nothing special. The staff is friendly and provides good service, which is a plus. However, the burgers themselves are just average—nothing that stands out in terms of flavor or quality. If you’re in the food court and need a quick bite, it’s an okay option, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again.

Nothing special here. AGM takes orders with zero enthusiasm. Charburger was cold and dry. Fries were good. I had to ask twice for my soda cup. Not worth $18. Restaurant isn’t very clean or well maintained.

We wanted to give this place a try and just get some fast food. After placing our order, we just saw an employee with green hair sitting on the counter while another person was folding wrappers. They were running their hand through their hair while they had gloves on.
All of a sudden, we see a manager start yelling at another employee who was preparing food and said, "That's not how you do it." She started swinging her hair towards him and grabbed the burger and said, "This is how you do it. " She didn't wash her hands and just grabbed the food. For all I know, that could've been our food. This place isn't a professional place that should be handling food at all levels. They were not washing their hands or wearing gloves. That is a huge safety issue in handling food. Let alone quality control.
We just ordered a double char combo. The food was decent, but just watching how they operate just made me want to gag.

Habit Burger makes a great hamburger if you can find a restaurant that is open. This particular restaurant is *inside a casino* and is never ever ever open. Take a look at the photo I added. Are you kidding me? Why keep this franchise open? Very frustrating to park your car and walk up here just to see it closed will never return.
