Pub n sub has been a Reno/UNR tradition for 50+ years. Every UNR student knows it as a place to get pizza, sandwiches and other bar food. They have a great patio out front and a nice area in the back for those crowded nights. The Bacon Cheeseburger was outstanding, the sandwich my wife ordered was good and the salad our friend had looked tasty. I used to come here TWICE A WEEK for the cheesesteak and those legendary seasoned fries. Used to.
Then someone decided it was a good idea to replace perfection with these new battered, greasy, oil-soaked impostors they’re calling fries.

One of the best places to get pizza, wings and beer. The pizza is delicious! We go there every time we visit my son at UNR. The service is great and so is the backyard patio. Definitely recommend it if you like pizza. Unfortunately, we won’t be eating there for a while since my son just graduated.
