Over priced for quality of food.
Next time Mac Donald’s it is, at least for breakfast.

Like many have already said, eating here at Timber Ridge was a shocking experience - the bland food is definitely not worth the price. Undercooked pancakes and what was that mushy mess supposed to be? Potatoes? 🤷‍♂️
But the award for worst service ever goes to the waitress Lacey!
No introduction, no checking up after meal delivery. She Obviously doesn’t want to be there. Seriously could she be any less welcoming?
Service comes with a growl and don’t dare ask her for anything else because you’ll just be ignored.
I’d recommend going to McDonald instead - the food would certainly be better, and you’d save money! $60 for two bland, tasteless, breakfasts? Sheesh.

All around skip. Service was so so good sub par, while I get it's an airport restaurant even those are making leaps and bounds

TLDR: It's an airport restaurant, don't expect much.

The food is very bland and VERY pricey. I don't think any restaurant can justify charging $20 for a quasadilla, but here we are. I got the fish tacos, and they were just ok. The fish was heavily battered, and there wasn't enough salsa on the tacos. It also came with a side of tortilla chips, which hadn't been fried enough, so they were very chewy. The chips didn't come with salsa, which seemed a bit silly. Overall it was a comfortable enough place to sit and wait for our flight, but it's not like I'm recommending the place.

30mins to bring a burger and still left before food showed up to catch a flight. Paid for food, left without eating

I literally just walked out of here after sitting for 45 minutes. I ordered food and a drink with Thor. I could tell that Thor was not wanting to be there or could care less about his job or customers. I told him I only had 45 minutes for food. I have not eaten in days because I just buried my husband. He took my order and 45 minutes later I asked about my food (he had not been back to my table once in 45 minutes). He said that I could pay my bill and leave without my food if I was on that big of a hurry. I paid my bill, without even getting my food, and walked out crying. I wasn’t rude or anything! I have never been treated like this but it stung a bit more because of my grief. I am currently boarding my flight in tears and am hungry. Shame on this establishment. I will be contacting the airport administration because this is not ok.

We had a filling dinner here when our flight was delayed. They have a link to access the menu and pay. This made the service less personal to me. We had everything we needed and wanted, though. Our food was very tasty, and we left with full bellies.

Food is ok. Its the airport so you will pay high for ok food. Best for drinking. Service is mediocre at best. We had a waiter who was better than all the others recently. Otherwise, i think like most airport restaurants, they try to ignore you as much as possible.

Airport dining rarely inspires high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by my recent experience at this charming establishment. Thoughtfully designed with the warmth of a rustic Lake Tahoe cabin, the space features handsome wood accents and a centrally located bar that adds a relaxed, welcoming energy.

Service was swift, and the food arrived fresh and generously portioned. I ordered the chicken tenders and fries; an unexpectedly hearty plate for just $20. In the context of airport pricing, it felt like an absolute bargain.

Ironically, I discovered this place only because the McDonald’s nearby was closed. A fortunate twist of fate, as I would have otherwise missed this delightful find.

I ordered a $22 Mushroom Swiss burger it came with no mushrooms, when I asked the bartender about the mushrooms he said that they were in the meat, fries tasted as if they had been sitting out for several hours, bartender was very disconnected with what items came along with the inability to communicate the concern. My advice would be people flying out of Reno is to bypass this restaurant and just go to McDonalds.
