This place was amazing! The food was so good that I completely forgot to take pictures, and the customer service was top-notch, with our server checking on us regularly and making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was cozy, and I appreciated not having to dress up, especially since I wasn’t prepared; thanks for a great experience, and we look forward to coming back soon!

Rude staff at the bar…Anne was rude even after I gave her a good tip. When will you realize that in the food/bar industry when you give service without a smile and a bad attitude you will get less than par tips, so what’s the use in coming to work????🍻🤠

This place was great! The food was on point and I totally forgot to take pictures that's how good it was. The customer service was awesome as well, the lady we had checked on us multiple times and made sure she was around if we needed something. The atmosphere was comfy. Didn't have to dress up jay to go in which is great because I was not ready. But thank you for the great revisited hopefully we will be back soon.

My husband and stood for 18 minutes at the hostess stand only to be completely ignored by several staff members. One waitress in particular passed by several times without even acknowledging us. Finally a lady behind the bar said we could sit down at a table and she pointed us in the direction towards the end of the bar. A waitress named Lacy who was delivering water to a table next to where we were told we could sit down, literally yelled at us that we could not sit there and we needed to return to the hostess stand until she could seat us. I told her that we were told that we could take the table but the waitress said no, and continued to say she was very busy and we must return to the hostess stand until she could seat us and that there are a lot of people who were seated before us and she needed to deal with them first.
We returned to the hostess stand and stood there for an additional 10 minutes or so, other patrons were now behind us waiting as well and still, we all were ignored. Finally she came over and said if we wanted to sit down somewhere we could, however, she would not be able to take our order because she was just too busy. We could order thru the QR CODE if we wanted .
That would have been fine; if she told us that from the start.
Everything would have been fine if we were not completely ignored …
but the worst part of this entire experience was that she literally yelled at us in front of all the patrons that were seated inside the restaurant.
My husband went to the manager who offered no help, only excuses that they were very busy.
We left . That manager came out after us and tried to explain that he had a staff member on break and other employees called out. As I am sympathetic to stress and understaffed establishments, I still know that in hospitality we should be acknowledged and be asked to be patient. And we would understand.
This was absolutely the rudest staff member I have ever encountered.
I gave this with one star because it won’t let me post with no star rating.
The food looked great. So disappointed that this experience was so bad, we couldn’t even give the food a try.
Staff was great, both people i dealt with were very friendly.
Food was pretty good too.

Ate breakfast here since we had time to kill. Beware, the All American is very deceiving. It says pancakes...you can go to McDonalds and get bigger pancakes. And at $20 it is way over priced. Breakfast burrito was a better size. Server was nice but rushed. Probably would choose another quick bite in the airport over this place next time.

Very disrespectful service…Entered the restaurant at 7:30 am, sat down, ordered coffee, the hostess, Lacy, asked if we had ever been in a restaurant before, & then told us we had to leave in 20 minutes so she could clear the table. At this point in time the restaurant was about 10% full with no one entering. Continued to be harassed every time Lacy came by until we left…in less than 20 minutes. Definitely won’t go back!
I took my first domestic flight as an adult after I downed a chili and an AMF from this place, 10/10 would do again!

Don’t come here. There are plenty of other restaurants in the airport with friendly staff and good food.
I travel to Reno frequently for work every time I try coming here the workers have been extremely unpleasant and rude. I was able to get a table once out of the past five tries I’ve made and the food was worse than the McDonalds next door for ten times the price. Not sure why every worker here hates everything that breathes but I would not recommend supporting such a miserable place. Save your money and your happiness and go somewhere else.

It's fine. It's an airport bar. Not much more to say.

Zero stars NEEDS to become an option. Similar to others postings here, the service is AWFUL. I travel frequently and cannot overstate the condescension experienced from people who supposedly work in the service industry.
I understand serving staff having a flow but after watching FIVE groups be seated after me and receive water/service, I finally was able to ask someone walking by if there was someone serving the area I was in. She smirked in annoyance and said "yeaaaah" while rushing away with not another word (dark haired female with long fake eyelashes). I heard her name to be Lacey (potentially Stacy). She immediately seated a table next to me and served them water within 30 seconds - she then looked at me and smirked. Keep in mind I was not being rude, pushy, or rushing anyone. Finally, I got up to flag someone down who was helpful (petite female with reddish hair in a braid) and she immediately came over and apologized no one had come to serve me. Not only was Lacey rude but about 3x I saw her grab food from the area where plates were being served, (not saying she pulled from plates, but in that area), put food in her mouth and chew on her way to tables. Let’s talk about food safety and clean hands.
It is imperative that this business learn to provide equity in service, regardless of a person's appearance. Seeing the commonalities in people being served well versus the annoyance in my presence as a person of color speaks volumes. Come on people, it’s 2024.

The service during the 6:30 AM shift at the bar on September 4th was odd and made us feel inconvenienced. Additionally, I don't eat pork, so when I asked for a slice of turkey substitution, the bartender charged me $3. I then asked for the bacon back to give to a friend since they were charging me anyway.
Spend $41 on one bloody mary and a egg & turkey wrap with no sides. Amanda M gave us the check before we received our items which made the sting hurt more, and then never checked on us ?.

For an airport restaurant this is a favourite. It’s got Hugh ceilings and very bright. Spacious enough for clients luggage . I sat at the bar after Burning ? Man and Robin served me. She was bright, cheerful and welcoming.

OVERPRICED. Food literally came from a can. Terrifyingly dry, no flavor at all, would rather starve.
