For starters, we must have gone at the busiest time possible because the place was packed to capacity and we waited quite a while before being seated. It was very loud due to the amount of people dining and waiting to sit. We had all you can eat, and although the food was pretty good, I don't think it matches the price. Came in around 11:30am on a Sunday, no problems getting a spot in the free parking lot and was immediately seated (do note it can get packed closer to 12+pm)
Service was great, food arrived relatively quickly, even as more and more people came in. Staff was patient with the requests we had here and there l, they great.
Atmosphere was also good, no abnoxious and obtrusive music and grest for groups of 3 to 6 to converse and enjoy themselves.

Been there a few times service never really gets better. Waitress rarely comes around and when they do you have to force plates on them. Tonight they finally brought the ice cream we gave the one bento box to clear thinking they would keep clearing as they struggled to find spots for the ice cream bowls but no they just jammed the ice cream and some open spaces and that was it they took off. It was not really that crowded when we got there it was almost 7:45 and waitress didn't...
