Uncle Buddy's

I have to say, while I have enjoyed their chicken sandwich and their tomato sandwich over the summer the bologna sandwich is where it's at! This is not your moms bologna sandwich from when you were a kid. They make their bologna in house and it is always perfectly smoky and spiced. They also try to use local ingredients where possible which is also very commendable for any business to strive for. If you get the chance, this little truck won't let you down!

Visited uncle buddy's at their new location in the parking lot of the flavor Studio, around 12:30 on a Monday. Initially we were the only people there but a few people came up to the truck while we were sitting and eating. They do have a small table out in front to eat at but it was windy so we ended up eating in our car. It’s probably the best food truck around. Everything they make is homemade and made right. The food is juicy and delicious. The people running it were super friendly and cared about their art. I’d recommend this place to anyone ever!DEFINITELY WILL EAT AGAIN & AGAIN & AGAIN.
