This place is a gem. We have annoyed this establishment many times over the years. Great food backed by quality ingredients and confident execution, combined with a thoughtful wine list and classy, elegant space.
I highly recommend a visit to this establishment. The menu is carefully curated with German delicacies. The beer menu is excellent and offers an opportunity to do tastings. We enjoyed the trio of sausages, the pork schnitzel, and the chicken schnitzel with harissa as our main course. We also had the roasted brussels sprouts with fennel, which was off the chain delicious! The kids loved the pretzel and spaetzel. The service was exceptional and the outdoor seating had great ambiance....
Von Bismarck can do a better job staging the entrees: three came out at the same time and the fourth was AWOL 20 minutes later. Something about steaks taking longer. No excuse, sir. Cancel my order.
