The day shift staff are accurate with their orders, it's just not the night staff that seem to not be paying attention. They forget to include things when placing orders online at night.
I'm guessing this specific location receives a higher volume of customers considering being in the busy Keystone vicinity. Regardless of this. they're very prompt and always professional here. Lots of praise to the management team for keeping up with demand and training employees on politeness and courtesy!
I mean, it's a Wendy's. And it's a good Wendy's.Folks here always seem friendly, it's always been clean, and there is rarely a long wait.Would recommend if you want fast food late. Good alternative to waiting 45 minutes in line for in n out.
