just went there to get a frosty...my husband went inside and ordered and when he got it he asked for a spoon..The cashier told him they didn't have any spoons. So he brought me my frosty with a straw. I asked him to get me a fork.He went in and customer told him," hey man, there's some spoons right there." Just went through the drive thru and got an Asiago Ranch Chicken sandwich. I ordered spicy chicken and was informed by the girl at the drive thru that it would take 6 minutes. We said that was fine. A couple of minutes later the girl comes back to the window and hands us our food. Once I get home, I discover that they decided instead to give me HALF A CHICKEN FILET! What. The. Hell?
