We just wrapped up the most amazing stay at the Grand Sierra Resort from Wednesday through today, and I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience!

From the moment we arrived, the check-in staff took incredible care of us and surprised us with an amazing room, such a great start to our trip. Management truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and we felt so valued the entire time.

my husband and I went bowling super fun, swimming was great, Nocturnal Reno's late night magic show (absolutely recommended!), got a couple tattoos done at Prison Blue's tattoo (love that place), so many great restaurants, golfing is a lot of fun. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Very disappointed with our stay. You aren’t able to turn up the heat, so the room was freezing. There was a strong weed smell in the hallway, parking lot and coming into our room at night. The door lock kept clicking on and off like someone was trying to get in, which was unsettling. There was also an open, unlocked electrical box on the floor covered in dust, which felt unsafe. We also waited over 30 minutes to check in even with two workers. Would not recommend.
