I have been coming to this location for almost 5 years, and never had any issues until tonight. I bought 5 yogurts, needed 4 to fill my punch card. I asked the blond haired cashier to use my free one, she refused and said it was for the next time. I could understand if I got 4 and then got my punch card filled. I was so frustrated that I paid and left. I will not be returning to that location and that particular employee should not be working in a customer service job, maybe one of those warehouse jobs where she doesn’t deal with the public.
