Baldini's Sports Casino and Restaurant

We waited over 30 minutes for our orders (5 of us) so nit horrible, but they “tried” to out the messed up burger on a rush. After seeing 3 other people who were seated after we ordered get their food before us, we talked to a manager, Daniel Weiss. This gentleman was, possibly unintentionally, rude with conversing with one of my table mates regarding fixing the issue. We also had seen multiple others who had issues with their food who just got up and left. Base line is Food was mediocre, service was just worse. Up to you.

The awful burger isn't beef! more like trukey! Also I like some potato with my salt!

New Awful awful was great. The server was super cool. They were out of ranch and ketchup though.

Best burgers we've found in Reno... if you're not in the mood for burgers Empire Cafe's menu gives you lots of other choices at reasonable prices, and the staff are all always friendly.

Due to your bartender “Leanne”(prob gave me a wrong name ) I barely sat down and she asked for my order 2 different times, AGAIN mind you each time was different times and still served everyone before me especially guys. Her excuse was that “it’s a certain amount of time not back to back” which I get BUT I barely just sat down and didn’t get one before she said that! Sooooo my thing is , Baldini is cool but not That bartender.
Prob won’t be here for a while idc for free play at that point because I play even without free play. Just saying.

Couldn't get a drink

The porter looks at you through the gap in the bathroom stalls. If it was their policy for people to NOT have a hood on whole inside the Casino: IT SHOULD BE POSTED!!! plus the Floor Manager doesn't need to yell at you from across the casino thinking that you heard her then follow you into the bathroom. Just to send the porter to ACTUALLY LOOK AT YOU THROUGH THE GAP BY THE DOOR!! THAT'S DISGUSTING!!! I honestly didn't need a porter looking at me while I was shitting in the toilet. If it's your policy for people to NOT have hoods on then IT SHOULD BE POSTED BY THE ENTRANCE!!

Smoky atmosphere, and outdated slot machines. They’re at least 30 years old and some don’t work. We were given a hard time every time we asked for help When our free play card wasn’t working at any of the machines(because as advertised outside: “come in for a free play card!”) I couldn’t get out of there fast enough😪

Well I use to give good reviews for Baldinis but like every other Casino in Reno & Sparks it's gone down the drain . Their payback for freeplay is horrible!

Not very clean establishment. Restaurant is not kid friendly even tho it's just food. The staff is very understanding polite but owners need to revaluate their business idea if they expect to grow at all

Thomas at the brickyard was very friendly and helpful. I recommend i'm going there for a bite to eat

Just a regular casino

This is the best establishment ever I have the best time. if you haven't been here you really need to come to this place just the staff alone make it an experience you just won't want to miss so hurry to baldinis to have your own take on this fun establishment that not only will you enjoy but most don't want to leave!
