Slots were more player friendly something had changed. Machines are tighter. Not as much fun.
Im making a complaint. I have come to your business for the last 30 years. I came in today with my grandchild to eat at the restaurant. I was told nobody under 21 is allowed to eat at the restaurant. This is discrimination in my book. Its very sad how your business has went downhill. Maybe you should think about changing this policy. When I use to visit your restaurant more frequently your restaurant was always full. The last 2 times it's empty . What does that say ? I believe you as a business need to do better. Thank you for your time. Discriminating isnt a good thing to do. No wonder your business has gone downhill. I would suggest you getting a general manager who will bring business to your company .

They kicked us out because kids are not allowed. Not even for lunch. There are no signs posted about kids not being allowed on the premises. I don't know when this started. Shame. Because we had good memories being here as a family.
Friendliest little casino with generous free play and loose slot machines.go enjoy their nice restaurant, Clean restrooms, late night snackbar and friendly staff and management (Chad, swing MOD) is helpfull to all your players club needs.

This casino has the most friendly people in Reno, no lie!!! I had th famous Awful Awful burger in th grill and it was delicious!! Great comps and a real local place.
