“Really good follow up on my DoorDash order. They were out of a flavor that I had ordered for my daughter. They gave me a call on my cell phone through the DoorDash and asked if I’d like to replace for another flavor . Very good customer service.“

“My family and I have been visiting here more often than we should be. Everything is really delicious and the customer service here is really good.If this is the first time you've been here or has yet to visit this place here's what you need to know.1. There's normally only 1 or 2 workers during the morning and 2-3 workers at night so DO NOT I repeat DO NOT expect your orders to be done fast. Remember these workers are still highschoolers.2. This location seems to be the busiest out of all locations in Reno/Sparks they have both drive thru, and lobby open for customers, and they have both door dash and Uber eats. (Reminder there's only 1-3 workers there and if you're lucky there's 4 sometimes working)3. Be patient. Some people like my family order a lot of things and these kids somehow remember all of it or at least most of the orders you tell them.Other than those three expect that they won't have every single flavor or cone you'd like seeing how busy they are especially during the weekends.
