It was full inside but pleasant and they were quick
People complaining about sundaes - it says on the menu that all sundaes come with 2.5 ounce scoops instead of the 4oz you're used to seeing on your cone. You aren't getting scammed. If they gave you bigger scoops on a sundae once or twice, it was an accident and was incorrect, sundaes come with 2.5oz scoops. Every time i come here, it's great service, they are trying their best and most of them look like teens, give them some grace.

Baskin-Robbins on McCarran provides delicious ice cream despite some cleanliness issues. The workers, mainly teenagers, offer excellent service. The drive-thru experience was disappointing as the cone couldn't hold a double scoop, but the overall service was quick and nice. Despite some cleanliness concerns, the store's ice cream quality makes it one of the best in Reno, and customers are likely to return.
