The ice cream was excellent, and the service was equally commendable.
Friendly and great ice-cream
Shrinkflation. It's getting bad. Greed? Mcdonlds does it so why can't I? Their scoops are about the size of a tablespoon and they feel good about charging so much? Well, I'll boycott just like I already have done McDonald's, Taco Smell, Pantera, Chillis, Applebee's.

Baskin-Robbins on McCarran provides delicious ice cream despite some cleanliness issues. The workers, mainly teenagers, offer excellent service. The drive-thru experience was disappointing as the cone couldn't hold a double scoop, but the overall service was quick and nice. Despite some cleanliness concerns, the store's ice cream quality makes it one of the best in Reno, and customers are likely to return.
