My boyfriend and I went in to this place to get some ice cream. One of the guys there took my boyfriend's order, and walked off to take care of it and the next guy went and helped everyone AFTER me! By the time the young man had finished the sundae for my boyfriend, I was so frustrated we paid for his stuff and left. The guy after me in line had paid for his and his kid's ice creams and were outside eating it by the time we paid for the less than palatable sundae. I'm extremely disappointed, I will think twice before I consider going to a Baskin Robbins again.

One of the best stores in Reno! They may have teenagers there working but they do a fine job of providing excellent service. People are too harsh and expect so much but regardless the ice cream is delicious!

I ordered 2 banana splits with extra whip cream and nuts on them. Then when got the banana splits, they had no whip cream or nuts on them. I ven took pictures of them for advance. When I called them to tell them about the issue with the order, they said they would reimburse the order. Then an hour later someone called me back to tell me that all they could reimburse was a scoop of ice cream and that they did not write down the order correct. I told the guy who called that I would be charging back, he said they were going to fight the charge back even tho they got the order wrong. Needless to say I've never felt so disrespected or taken advantage of. I've never written a review on any one before, this is my 1st one. It's such a shame that my first review was a bad one. This has been such a waiste of my money and time. Worst ice cream shop ever!

Ordered 2 scoop hot fudge sundae with whip cream and nuts. Girl asked if we wanted hot fudge? Really Our order was maybe 1 scoop with mostly whipped cream and a little squirt of hot fudge. Waste of $$ not going back

Almost a 40 min wait in drive through, we pulled up just one car behind the menu. Not worth the wait or money:/ service lady almost dropped our ice cream while trying to hand it to us because she was looking.

I ordered through Door Dash tonight but apparently there's a glitch and I had to pick up this order. I have a sick husband and and 3 year old whom obviously cant be left alone hence why I door dashed ice cream. I had promised my little some ice cream so I just went to pick it up. When I got there no order was found but I was charged. This situation was handled so poorly. For 1. this employee didn't want me to speak to a manager so she posed herself as one and demanded I only spoke to her. For #2 the amount of attitude and NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE she shouldn't work in the customer service industry. THIS CHILD WHO THOUGHT WAS GROWN ENOUGH TO SPEAK TO ME IN THE MOST DISGUSTING WAY, needs to be reprimanded. I'm a regular at this Baskin Robbins store. I just wanted the ice cream for my daughter and didn't have my card because I thought this order was paid for. Regardless of what happened employees need to maintain a professional manner and courtesy. I will be calling this store manager.

My family and I have been visiting here more often than we should be. Everything is really delicious and the customer service here is really good.If this is the first time you've been here or has yet to visit this place here's what you need to know.1. There's normally only 1 or 2 workers during the morning and 2-3 workers at night so DO NOT I repeat DO NOT expect your orders to be done fast. Remember these workers are still highschoolers.2. This location seems to be the busiest out of all locations in Reno/Sparks they have both drive thru, and lobby open for customers, and they have both door dash and Uber eats. (Reminder there's only 1-3 workers there and if you're lucky there's 4 sometimes working)3. Be patient. Some people like my family order a lot of things and these kids somehow remember all of it or at least most of the orders you tell them.Other than those three expect that they won't have every single flavor or cone you'd like seeing how busy they are especially during the weekends. Thank you for reading this far in my review. I have a ton more to say however this should suffice for people who are curious on what this place actually has for you.
