Moderately priced but in my opinion moderately good bbq (based on what Ive tried so far) I ordered the briscuit fries which was $15.50. It comes with frozen fries and 3 pieces of briscuit about 3/4 of an inch thick and shredded cheese. The briscuit was pretty good but i did get a 3/4 of an inch thick slice of fat...I know some people like it but if I wanted fat I guess I could have ordered that....also in our group somebpdy had their chicken which had decent flavor but really...
After taking customers out to lunch at Carolina’s and ordering catering for meetings, I have to say the customer service is great. We had a large group for dining in and all the food was brought out at the same time. The catering was delivered on time and the delivery person helped me set it out and was super friendly.

We had a chance to try a variety of dishes at Carolina BBQ Kitchen, and everything was really solid. The ribs were tender and flavorful, the wing nachos were a fun twist, and the hush puppies were some of the best we've had. The smokehouse burger and pulled pork were both packed with smoky flavor. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food here. We didn’t get a chance to try the brisket this time, but we’ll definitely be going back for it.
